Only 15 minutes to World Famous Clearwater Beach, as well as Indian Rocks Beach. 30 minutes to the must see St. Pete Pier and only 10 minutes to the Phillies Stadium!

All 3 bedrooms are set up for maximum comfort, with brand new medium-firm mattresses, extra pillows and room darkening curtains, so you can wake whenever you want to and feel refreshed and ready for your next adventure.

There are closets in each room as well as an equipped washer and dryer in the laundry room, fully equipped kitchen. There is a smart TV with Roku in the living room or relax in the inviting pool enjoying the entertainment of your own backyard. Hang out by the fire pit and roast marshmallows with loved ones in our Adirondack chairs.

Smoking is not permitted inside, however for smokers there is an ashtray provided outdoors. Not 420 friendly anywhere on the premises.

The pool is heated to 83•F for the months of October to April. If you would like to increase the temperature there is a per-day fee. Tampering with the heat settings or pool equipment is not allowed and may only be done via request.
