It is a 3 bedroom 1 bath w 1 King size bed in m str 1 queen size bed and bunk beds with the bottom a queen size and top a twin, an air mattress so it sleeps, 8. It has central heat and AC. It has a partially fenced yard in back and parking in the driveway for 3 cars. Dogs are allowed with nonrefundable pet fees.

A starter pack of laundry detergent, toiletries, are in your unit when you arrive, so you'll have time to go shopping after you are refreshed and relaxed.

Our work crew were working in New Smyrna, they didn't mind the drive. House was clean and comfortable.

Nice stay

Good location. A bit of road noise at night, but not unbearable. The house was clean and plenty of room for our family of 7. Kitchen is stocked with basic items. The washing machine was broken when we got there but the host was quick to respond and had the situation resolved within 48 hours.

Peaceful and quiet

Enjoyed my stay . Every thing was clean bed comfortable. The only thing I missed was dishwasher but made husband do it

Hi, We are the Finch family. We are so happy you have chosen to stay with us! We know that you can choose anywhere. We pride ourselves on making sure we have a desk/office area in each of our units, for those remote workers, as well as all the conveniences that make your stay more pleasant such as keurig coffee pots, high speed internet, smart tv's, and full kitchen set ups for hosting meals or staying in and eating healthy.
We had to travel a lot for work and would rather not eat out but eat in after long days, or have the potential to pack a lunch and have better food choices. We also just wanted to feel more at home than in a cramped hotel room. We enjoyed blessing small business owners instead of corporate hotel owners as well. We have many beautiful hikes around our units and fantastic restaurants. Don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions.
