Wonderful luxury updated Villa in Shipyard at The Greens. This Villa has a brand new kitchen, new furniture, new paint, new appliances, new TVs, new beds (KING, queen & twin). The Villa is right on the 6th green of the Galleon golf course at Shipyard, one of HHI premiere gated communities. Shipyard is mid-island, and the closest private neighborhood to Coligny beach. BBQ on your deck while enjoying great golf views of the green and all the way down the fairway. This unit is in the section of The Greens that is the very closest to walk to the beach - you can hear the ocean waves from the front porch!

The condo has leathered granite counters with stainless steel appliances and ceramic wood tile floors downstairs. New and big (65") smart TVs upstairs and down. Master bedroom upstairs has a new Stearns and Foster KING size bed, en suite bath with walk in glass shower and a walk in closet. The built in granite desk and leather office chair provide a quite and private work space to make the master bedroom complete. The guest bedroom has a comfy queen bed and a twin bed, two large closets and access to the full bath with tub and shower combo. Our condo comfortably sleeps five people in regular beds (not foldout couches). Full sized brand new washer and dryer are also found upstairs.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare & serve great meals for the family. The back patio is ready for outdoor grilling with a Weber BBQ and Sunbrella dining set. Enjoy the sunset or BBQ your catch of the day on the back deck while watching golfers on the 6th green. Walk or bike to the beach or enjoy a swim in The Greens' lovely community pool. We have beach toys, chairs, umbrellas and coolers (but no beach towels) for you to use, or you can rent chairs and umbrellas at the Shipyard Beach Club on the beach. Our contract with a local bike delivery company offers a 20% discount and they will bring well-maintained bikes right to your front porch.

Shipyard Resort has 27 holes of golf with 16 miles of private bike paths under shady trees to enjoy. The Sonesta Hotel is within walking distance with several restaurants and bars to enjoy. Van Der Meer Tennis is steps away for world class tennis facilities. Shipyard is located in the middle of the island with a five-minute walk to the beach and a short drive or bike ride to restaurants and bars on the island.

Hilton Head Island offers 17 miles of beautiful beaches, 30 world class golf courses, 250 shops, over 200 restaurants, casual and fine dining, 400 tennis and pickle ball courts, 117 miles of bike paths and all the activities you can enjoy. Enjoy shopping, golfing, para sailing, fishing, sight seeing, jet skiing or just relax at the beach. Hilton Head offers activities and relaxation all in one location. Excellent unit, location and view.

The best renovation we’ve stayed at in over 25 years of visits. The location is just a pleasant 5 minute walk to the beach. The view of the 6th hole fairway and green from the deck offered a perfect setting while having breakfast.

Family retreat to the sea

My family and I (wife, daughter under 2, and 4 year old daughter) stayed here over the 4th of July. The home is gorgeous and very clean. The views of the golf course were beautiful and the distance to the beach was very walkable even for some small children. We had a wonderful experience and would recommend this property to others.

A Great Week.

My husband and I had a wonderful week in this lovely unit in Hilton Head. The location is great - a short walk to the beach and close to lots of golf. Recently renovated, the place was well designed, very clean, comfortable and well appointed. we would highly recommend this unit to our friends and family.

Great location

No issues at all. Very close to the beach. Nicely updated and clean. Mike made sure everything went smoothly. The kitchen is very well equipped.

Great Location

We loved this condo. Very updated. Close walk or bike to beach. We appreciated the use of the items in the outdoor storage area for the beach. Pool is a quick 2 minute walk. Kitchen had all the tools we needed. We would love to stay here again next year! Owners were very responsive.

My family and I have stayed in many nice vrbo houses & condos and this was the best! Clean, updated, beautiful golf course views, plenty of room for myself, 2 kids and parents. It was nice to be able to ride our bikes on the trails inside Shipyard and see all the wildlife! Still close enough to ride to Coligny and Shelter Cove. Short, shaded walk to the beach! We loved it!!

Property was very clean. It even smelled clean upon entering. Very well decorated with nice furnishings and appliances. Beds were very comfortable. Property Manager/Owner was great. He texted first day of stay and though the week to ensure we were enjoying our stay. We've been to Hilton Head Island many times and this was the best place yet. We will definitely book this place again.

Lowcountry getaway

We loved our stay here at Mike's. It was just as described...clean, great location, awesome amenities. Little touches such as having tupperware available when cooking, coffee, Instant Pot, beach toys, wagon, chairs were super convenient. We will definitely rent this property again whenever we return. Beautiful condo

This is a beautiful home and the owner is awesome to work with. Unfortunately the condo wasn't ready by 4 pm but the owner and the cleaning crew were so nice about it and made things right. We also left a shirt here on accident and they made sure to mail it back to us. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect place

We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property for anyone needing a two bedroom, with several sleeping options. The property was clean, nicely updated and very comfortable. Very nice extra touches, like coffee in the freezer, comfy blankets and enough dishwasher pods and trash bags. We also appreciated all the information in the welcome packet, in particular the gator details. That equipped us to be knowledgeable heading into our stay. Great location and ability to walk to the beach within 7 minutes.

Great1st Visit to HHI

We had a great first visit to Hilton Head Island! The condo/property itself was everything we expected it to be and as it was described. We were very satisfied with the amenities in and around the property. This property location was great for our family. It is near many popular restaurants, grocery stores, other retail stores and most importantly the beach!! Having a bike service deliver bikes to the condo was a great recommendation as there are many bike paths to use across Shipyard and outside of Shipyard! The property owner was helpful with several questions prior to the vacation start and during the week while we were there. Overall a great vacation and experience. We would highly recommend HHI and this property to any family making trip to the greater Hilton Head Island area.

The owner’s spared nothing in this villa! It was perfect! It’s decorated beautifully. The beds are comfy. The kitchen fully equipped. The televisions are huge! A 5 minute walk to the beach. The owner was accessible when I had a question. I’ve stayed all over Shipyard, and this was the nicest place I’ve ever rented! Will rent again!
