Primed to offer you a true taste of Lowcountry living, this two-story condo comes complete with a convenient location close to the beach, Coligny Plaza/Beach Park, and the island's extensive network of pedestrian trails. Everyday home essentials include a well-appointed full kitchen, central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer. With the sofa bed in the living room, this condo can sleep up to 6 if needed.

A wonderful spot to enjoy your stay in Hilton Head!

It was nestled in a tree lined setting and watching golfers while enjoying coffee or a glass of wine is enjoyable. Friendly neighbors and a great way to recharge and come back home sun kissed and refresh.

Winter get away

We enjoyed our stay very much. Our villa was nice and the location for us was a real pleasure given we love to play golf. The villa was close to the entrance and made for easy in and out trips. Only thing I wish it had was a half bath down stairs. And yes we would love to rent this again.

My family has been coming to HHI and staying in Shipyard for 25 years. This is the first time I have stayed in Waterford. This unit was so comfortable and relaxing. All of the updates are great. I highly recommend this unit and I hope to stay there again.

Loved staying in shipyard, where you could bicycle to the beach, Shelter Cove, or palmetto dunes. Lovely view of the golf course and very near to a shaded pool that was cool in this hot weather. Condo updated and had everything you would need in the kitchen to cook a nice dinner. King bed very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

It is exactly like the pictures. We love Shipyard so this unit wins for location. It was very clean has everything you need. Its nice that its locayed on a golf hole. Its fun to sit out and drink coffee and watch.
