Step into the welcoming living area, furnished with a plush queen sleeper sofa and a sizable 50" flat-screen TV, providing the perfect setting for relaxation. The adjacent dining area invites guests to savor meals while indulging in special treats courtesy of the property owner. Retreat to the expansive sleeping quarters, complete with large walk-in closets, ensuring ample storage space for extended stays. The primary bedroom boasts a king-size bed, TV, and a large window offering serene views of the pool area, along with an en suite bath featuring a convenient walk-in shower. Good for a Mom-cation!

My friend and I stayed there for our mom-cation! It was perfect for us, we each had our own rooms and bathrooms. We liked the access to the pool, and both of the pools were very nice to sit next too. We liked how easy it was to go for a walk on the beach and it was easy street access from the parking lot to go shopping!

The property was perfect! It is on first floor and walking distance to pool and beach. Central location to local attractions. Comfortable stay with everything you need to make your family happy and have a fun time.

Great location and nice condo.

Really enjoyed the condo. Had everything we needed and the layout is great for 2 couples. Little issue with the electronic door lock but otherwise a great stay.

Great location. Easy access to the beach straight across the street (with the downfall of having to cross the busy Seawall Dr) Room was clean and perfect for our family of 4. Would definitely recommend!!!!

Amazing Location

We absolutely will be back .. fantastic location, steps to the pool and beach. Nice grilling area , everything you need in the kitchen, cozy beds. This was a very easy and comfortable place to be to enjoy some family time. Thank You!!!

The house was great right by the pool but it had multiple maintenance issues. Both toilets ran constantly and the fire alarms went off every time we cooked or even boiked water

Needed maintenance! Toilets had issues flushing, faucets in bathroom sink barely had water pressure, bathroom fan not working properly, rust in bathtub, and the policy of only providing one roll of toilet paper per bathroom is ridiculous.

A couple of issues

Needed more towels for a 2 day stay. We had 4 for 4 people. The shower head in the master bathroom only has small stream. Gate didnt always work.

Wine and Sinker, more like wine and sunk

This unit is not in the best shape. Broken fridge panel, stovetop is broken in one burner, faucets don't work properly, But it is clean. No extras from the owner,, no salt and pepper beach towels, beach chairs , nothing. LOve Dawn Condos, just not this unit.clean.

Loved proximity to the pool

This is the third time we have stayed at the Dawn and it was by far the best condo! The location to the pool is perfect especially with the little gate to the grass. The condo was clean and decorated well. My only complaint is that the dryer didnt work. I made a call to the management company but three days later it was time to go home and they still never cam to fix it. So that was frustrating. Otherwise super happy

Repairs needed

The property was very clean, but there are some repairs needed. The sink handle, was very loose. The curtain rod fell off the wall and was not fixed while we were there, so I had very much of a lighted room that faced east. It appeared that some of the bathroom caulking needed to be fixed.

Perfect Location, Property Issues

We had such a perfectly located unit, but can't recommend the property because the toilet broke on the first day and we were told by the after hours support that 'it wasn't an emergency' and 'he shouldn't have even gotten our call'. I had a friend drive in from Houston to help us since I am not a handyman. WiFi also wasn't working, never got a response from when we inquired. Then on our last day the dryer wasn't working and the property couldn't help us so we drove home with a suitcase full of wet clothes.

Exactly as advertised, great location.

Directly across the street from the beach, just far enough away from the pleasure pier to be a little less busier beach and just close enough that it’s a short drive. The pool area is very nice and the condo was clean and comfortable.

Great property with easy access to condo, pool and beach! Employees are awesome!!

Had a little hiccup with the dryer not working, but Ryson was quick to get us an alternative and went above and beyond to make things right! I will definitely be staying with them again many many times in the future!

Lovely condo.

We loved the area and the condo complex. Room was super clean and plenty of space for a family of four. Drive down to sunny beach. The only problem was we didn’t have a dryer the entire stay. Ryson the rental company did a poor job of getting it fixed, and the communication was awful.

Nice two bedroom condo

Condo was nicely decorated and maintained. Kitchen was well equipped, and location was close to restaurants and stores. The condo complex had a nice pool and it was a short walk to the nearest crosswalk to get to the beach. We will definitely consider staying at this property again.

Great location

Great location, across the street from the beach. And pool is just off the balcony. Cozy and all you need for a week in Galveston. Few minor issues with maintenance but quickly addressed.

The Search Is Over

We had never rented a condo in Galveston, always a house on the beach, but this time we were taking our three granddaughters and wanted them to have the beach and a pool. This condo was perfect for us! Very nice, comfortable, and clean. It had everything we needed and more!! We would definitely stay here again.
