Newly renovated, the St. Pete Happy Space, is located close to EVERYTHING. It is just minutes away from Treasure Island Beach, Downtown St. Pete, Tyrone shopping mall, and restaurants. The house features a 65” smart TV, very comfortable beds, and all essentials needed for a comfortable stay. Bring your dog or even bring your boat with the spacious backyard!

The neighborhood is centrally located to everything you need. A 5 minute walk away you have the delicious local Pesky Pelican restaurant, 7 minute drive to the beach, 5 minute drive to Tyrone Shopping Mall, and 15 minutes to downtown St. Pete. The neighborhood is safe, clean and quiet at night.

Rent bikes for the family at Tony’s Bicycle Shop just a 5 minute walk away! This area is full of safe and family friendly bike lanes that you can take all the way to the beach.

The Perfect Inbetween

Well located. Easy to manage stay.

The back was spacious lively to sit out in afternoon. The house was spotless and comfortable. We apologize that we forgot to take out the garbage. It was an oversight.

Our Christmas stay was perfect!

We chose this rental for our stay in Florida over the holidays and could not have been more pleased with our entire experience. The location is in a very nice and charming neighborhood that was perfect for walking the dogs and looking at Christmas lights. We felt very safe in this neighborhood/rental which is always a top priority for us. The house itself is so cute with a great kitchen, spacious fenced backyard, a spacious driveway and garage, and two rooms with plenty of closet space/drawers. While there is only one bathroom and it's on the smaller end of the spectrum, we didn't have any issue with it considering the cleanliness and large size of the shower, which was really nice. I booked this rental for myself, my husband, my parents, and our two dogs. My parents had never stayed in a rental and I'm so glad they had a great first rental experience! We have family in the area and would definitely book this rental again.

Fantastic Stay - Everything We Needed!

Birthday weekend in the area visiting friends. The house is plenty stocked with amenities and essentials. There was plenty of toilet paper!!!! The host Jenna is wonderful and provided local recommendations as well as very responsive with any questions or concerns. We travelled with our pet Amazon Parrot! It was an adventure! When I inquired about my non traditional pet, Jenna was very open and honest about never being asked about a bird and very open to it with a pet deposit! I would stay here again! It was easy 6 min drive to the beach and just as easy to drive straight to downtown in about 15 min!

From Tampa sports, to the zoo, to the beaches, to downtown St. Pete, you're going to want to see it all. Luckily, this home is located in amazing location with easy access to everything. It is close enough to the beaches that you can beat the traffic and get more space for your money. Plus, bringing your put along brings so much peace of mind.

The spacious backyard provides a lot of opportunities for your dog to play or for outdoor games.
