Such a gem! The beach house was in a fantastic location and had everything we needed for a comfortable, relaxing stay. It was clean, well-equipped, and made for the perfect getaway. We’d definitely stay here again!

This was a great location; the beach shops and restaurants were walkable within just a few minutes, but it was surprisingly quiet and felt very safe. The Beds were comfortable, and the patio was a great space we used all the time.

Kitchen had everything we needed, right next to the board walk which was ideal. Very short walk to Mission Boulevard. Was clean and well kept.

Cute place right near Mission Beach - maybe 30 second walk. You can hear the waves from the patio. Place was clean, communication with Angela was excellent and the house was perfect for my family of 3 on our vacation.Parking is tight as expected with places near the beach but my Dodge Journey fit in both the garage and the side parking next to the house.I highly recommend this place - we had the bottom unit which was 2 bed/1 bath.

The kitchen was well stocked in that there were sufficient appliances (toaster, coffee pot, cutting board, knives, blender, plenty of dishes, etc.). The frying pan was excellent!! It was nice having the washer/dryer and all the beach gear! We definitely used it! We would rent this place again! We know the listing said 'no A/C' and for the most part that was sufficient. After the first night, we figured out the best configuration of open doors/windows to create good air flow.

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO! The location couldn’t have been more convenient—just steps from the beach, which made it easy to come and go throughout the day. The view was absolutely beautiful and one of our favorite parts of the trip.The place itself was clean, fully stocked with everything we needed, and thoughtfully set up, making our stay comfortable from start to finish. It’s also such a cute space with great charm. Parking was easy and added to the overall convenience.We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

Jersey Ct was a great property. We just got back from 5 nights of family vacation with adult kids and enjoyed every minute. Location is perfect, just a few steps from the Boardwalk and a short walk from Belmont Park. The property was clean and had everything we could hope for. It was an extra treat to have quality pots and pans. Angela was easy to communicate with and was super helpful. The only challenge would be parking if we had a vehicle any bigger than our 4runner, although I'm sure there would be a solution. We will definitely be visiting again.

Great host. Steps from the beach. Used the provided chairs and frisbee a lot. 3 beds plus a sleeper sofa was perfect for me and 2 teens. Easy walk to Belmont Park and :20 walk or quick bus ride to restaurants in Pacific Beach.

San Diego Getaway

The location was fantastic and the host was awesome! All in all we were very happy with the rental. It had everything we needed for the week, including great beach toys, chairs and towels. Host also provided great recommendations for local food!

Perfect little Vrbo close to the beach!

Or Vrbo was perfect for my husband, myself, and my 5 year old granddaughter. It was nice and clean and just steps from the beach. The weather was not the best but we spent a lot of time going to the wonderful park just down the road and visiting Belmont Park. We would definitely stay here again!
