As you enter into the gates of the privately fenced property, you are surrounded by a large grassy front yard, as you take a minute to sit underneath the tree, or you may want to spend the day lounging outside on the side yard. Enjoy the side patio as you relax, watch TV, BBQ, make smores using the bomb fire while staying warm with the outdoor heat lamps. Let the scenery take you away.

Once you decide to continue the relaxation inside, you will enter through the keyless entry, have a seat, and turn on the fireplace. There is wet bar for you to enjoy and make your favorite drinks, and a wine fridge to cool your wine. Maybe you would like to enjoy a cup of espresso at the coffee bar, turn on the Nespresso machine and let it do the work for you. There are many bonuses to this home, and you will have access to enjoy all the luxuries. Set the temp using the Nest thermostat, and choose a room to stay in. Sleep away your dreams as you rest on the Nectar mattresses. There is also a washer and dryer if you need to wash a load or two. You are within 2.5 miles from the fun and action of the SoFi stadium. Everything is conveniently located. So, come relax, have fun and stay in LA’s Paradise!

The house is safe and secure ( under camera surveillance 24/7/ adt alarm) and it is good if you are comfortable with urban living. The Vrbo home is privately fenced with its own security entry gate to front door and private patio area that only airbnb guest have access to. There is a detached structure approximately 20-30 feet in the rear of the airbnb home where tenants occupy. Tenants are quiet and respectful.
No parties, events, or gatherings.
Outdoor patio lights are on a timer. They turn on at 7:00pm and turn off at 10:00pm.
Please keep children away from fire pit, outdoor heater, and BBQ pit.
If you are uncomfortable with using fire pit, outdoor heater, and BBQ pit, please contact host and we will assist you.
