Clean, convenient, love having 3 bedrooms!

We came back here for a second stay. Parking is right out front, and we all slept well on the beds. Very comfortable and clean. Easy access with the code. We loved it!

It's just enough, but that's it.

This place does what it's supposed to if you aren't going to be staying at the place all day. The check in process was confusing wcause none of the information seems to be updated so descriptions reference other locations and the directions we got didn't tell us where to park or exactly where to be. The space could use some small things done, but the main things all worked like appliances and what not, but the washer and dryer don't seem to clean or dry very well. No internet access without an agreement not to use it to stream anything so that's a bummer. The second floor in the summer is definitely warm and there didn't seem to be any fans so we used the windows but the neighborhood tends to be quite loud with very vocal neighbors even late at night.

Spacious, Quiet, Comfortable

We had a great stay here and are happily going back at the end of our Alaska vacation. There is plenty of room, it is a quiet neighborhood, and the check-in instructions made it very easy to get in. We had a rental car and it was easy to get to a grocery store and to many interesting sites. Great stay!

code on the outsiode door key pad was confusing. Don't just touch the keypad to start the check in process - , specfically touch the logo on the key pad- it's at the top.

This was a great and comfortable place to stay for the beginning of our trip. It was a little warm in the evenings but there were portable fans to help cool down the rooms.

Short stay in Anchorage

People in other reviews had commented about the sketchiness of the neighborhood. Yes, it's a little on the sketchy side and we did have someone thumping their music at all hours of the day and night (probably due to the lack of darkness) but it wasn't bothersome, with that said, we felt safe. You have to have a code to get into the apartment building and the parking area is video surveillanced. We were a little disappointed that there wasn't unlimited wifi for streaming movies and such. We could have called the owner to get the wifi password and just pay extra for any data overage, but we just used our own data. Problem solved. The apartment itself is clean, roomy, and comfortable. The beds were comfortable. There were fans if we needed them, which was a plus. (I have fan sleepers. Lol!) The washer/dryer was a God send after a long vacation. Grocery stores, Walmart, fast food restaurants were all within 10 to 20 minutes away. The airport was very close which was good for us because we were flying out of Anchorage. Was a little disappointed we didn't see the family of moose though, but that's not the owners fault. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect for family!!

This was perfect space for my family and I! Perfect distance from stores, restaurants without the chaos of being downtown. My kids loved having space to hang out when we were between plans.

Nothing Special

The neighborhood is sketchy. Would not walk the streets at night or alone. Not close (walking distance) to anything. Living room furniture is comfortable, but for 3 (1 couch, 1 broken chair). Had an opportunity to do a once-in-a-lifetime excursion after the cruise, but the owner would not let us out of the rental without significant penalty. Check out was so early that we had no place to store luggage for sightseeing in a town we had never been to and not likely to return to. Dissapointing ending to an Alaskan adventure filled with wonderful and inspirational experiences. Alaska lived up to the expectations. So glad we had the opportunity to check off a bucket-list item so late in life.

A nice stay

A nicely appointed three bedroom apt in an ok neighborhood. Very clean and easily accessed. Great for those seeking good sleeping place with easy access to downtown and airport. Great restaurant within a short walk but it requires advance reservations. The working class nature of the neighborhood is accentuated repeatedly by the verbal recording telling you that you are being recorded on camera. We enjoyed our two days there

Good and solid

Clean and easy to get from airport and midtown. Owner checked in with us and property was clean and functional. Some fixtures were a bit worn, but everything worked and basics were supplied. Off street parking was good. Access/security was good. Easy to stay and would stay again for a short visit.

Property was very dated. Not a very safe neighborhood. Owner of property knew that dryer was not working properly before our stay and didn't offer us the option to book elsewhere and gave us nothing in compensation. Very disappointing. Laundry was a major amenity we needed after 8 days on the road.

Cozy crew accommodations.

Really enjoy the “homey” feel of the property. Super quiet & comfortable in a great neighborhood. Owner is always quick to answer any questions & flexible for last minute changes on number of people. I will always look to see if Craig has an opening before looking at other places!!!

Nice place to stay in Anchorage

Thank you for the nice place to stay. It is close enough to downtown that we could easily get around. Everything was clean and in order. We appreciated the washer and dryer that was available and did a load while we were staying in Anchorage.
