Lottie's Lounge is an energetic, new build located in the Trailside Community in South Haven. There are five bedrooms and three full bathrooms and only one answer, Yes - this is the right house for our South Haven vacation!

This happy family retreat was built and professionally designed in 2021 with vacation in mind! Modern style marries perfectly with upscaled cottage architecture and luxury amenities. The Main Level Open Floor Plan offers plenty of comfort and room to gather after a long day at the beach. Cook, dine, play a board game and enjoy the company of your favorite people in this exuberant space. 

The Main Floor also has 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a convenient Laundry Room. The first bedroom is the Primary with En Suite. It boasts a King-size bed and a style that is somehow both bold and calming. Bedroom 2 is soft and pretty with a Queen-size bed.

The Lower-Level offers a large Family Room for movie night, 3 bedrooms and a full bath. Bedroom 1 is happy and beachy, Bedroom 2 has a dedicated workspace and Bedroom 3 is a bunk room, stocked with books, games, and happy color for an escape made just for kids.

As a guest of Lottie's Lounge, enjoy access to the neighborhood pool, open Memorial Day through Labor Day, for classic summer fun.  The clubhouse provides restrooms and a place to gather.  Bring your bikes to explore the neighborhood or hop onto the paved Van Buren trail, which passes through the neighborhood. To the South, the trail leads you to the dunes & beach or head north to meander your way to downtown South Haven's restaurants, shops & entertainment.

The homeowners chose this location because of the quiet neighborhood, offering easy access to downtown shopping and dining as well as the beach. An open concept main floor and fireplace were important to creating the cozy, relaxing environment they craved, and the fun and excitement of the lakefront and South Haven are never far away.

Take a stroll to Monroe Boulevard to watch the sunset along the bluff or meander your way to Kids Corner Park. The closest beach access is about 5 blocks away across from Kids Corner.
