The kitchen and entire place was very well equipped. The condo has a beautiful cozy seaside decor. We very much enjoyed the live music on Friday at the Tides cafe. The condo has an ocean view, with a very nice pool and a hammock. We were grateful for the adjustable flippers and the life-vests for snorkeling. It is at the Northwest Pointe which is great for kite surfers and is within 25 - 30 minutes drive of the Grace bay area. It was a very comfortable and relaxing stay.

We absolutely loved our stay! The property felt like a hidden oasis- peaceful, private, and incredibly beautiful. Each morning started with a walk along the beach (we alternated directions just to keep things interesting) and always came back with conch shells and some truly unique finds.Snorkeling is one of our favorite things, and this location made it easy to explore a new, amazing spot every single day. Evenings were just as special—we’d fire up the grill by the pool, cook dinner, and enjoy it outside with those unbeatable views.The condo had everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to gear for our daily adventures, which made settling in effortless. Our family of four loved our stay! The condo was clean and thoughtfully stocked with useful amenities (thank you owner!). This location is isolated and peaceful and has a rare untouched beauty. You will need to rent a car for regular trips to the island's urban areas which is about a 20-30 minute drive. This place is a gem. The best of both worlds! You can spend time at the property in relative privacy or drive into town for shops and great restaurants. I highly recommend!

Best Kept Secret

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo is one of the most well supplied we’ve ever had. The linens were nice, well-stocked kitchen, spices, coolers, beach chairs, etc. The grounds & pool area are beautifully landscaped and the sun shelters & chaises on the beach are great to have. If you like peace & solitude, this is the place - most days we had the beach to ourselves. We loved it!

Get away from it all

Had a great time. resort is on far end of island away from it all. very quiet and serene. condos are neat and clean. Had a great time for a fraction of the cost to stay on Grace bay.

A Perfect Getaway

A great location for a private, relaxation vacation right on the beach and surrounded by nature. The unit is super clean and has everything you would ever need. Pamela was a welcoming and helpful host. We loved dining on the balcony, lounging by the pool, and walking the beach. A perfect getaway.

Very modern, clean, and quiet place to stay and relax

My family and I enjoyed staying at SBC. The condo was very clean and organized. My family and I enjoyed walking along the beach looking for coral and shells without being bothered by tourists. Perfect place to relax and listen to the ocean waves.

Great VRBO

We had a wonderful time at this unit/complex. Great view from bedroom and deck. The unit was clean and well stocked. Pamela was great, meet us shortly after our arrival. The complex was clean and well landscaped. The beach was taken care of but the water was mossy, apparently it is a turtle habitat area. We still enjoyed the beach tremendously. The complex is on the outer area of Turks, very remote.

Secluded Paradise

The condo was fantastic! Exactly as described. Pamela was very helpful upon arrival for the check in process. It was nice to look out and see the ocean every day. The pool was great and never overly crowded. We really enjoyed walking along the beach and we were usually the only ones. Looking forward to coming back!

Secluded Paradise

Great location away from the crowd. Beautiful pool and what feels like a private beach. The shoreline is maintained and groomed from seagrass. There are standup boards and kayaks for free use. You're right next to National Park with great snorkeling. You can walk or drive down a thin road with parking as you get to the water that is right at the reef. The room was immaculate and has everything you could need. Pamela was great at check-in and made us feel at home. We tried the on-site restaurant and found the food incredible. There is also two BBQs for use for a stay at home supper.

Amazing all around

No detail was missed with this property. Very well appointed unit with great view, great pool and hot tub, great beach. There were no paddles for the stand up paddle board, but great to have access to the kayaks. Free yoga was great. Also the furniture is not very comfortable. But this place is great and we'd book again for sure,

Gorgeous and secluded

Could not ask for more from the stay. The unit is clean and comfortable with an amazing balcony view of dunes and beach with no development in sight. Everything you need for any beach on the island is included (chairs, towels, backpack cooler, quality bluetooth speaker, snorkeling gear, and more). It was also cool that the resort has kayaks and paddle boards available. The pool is nice and the resort beach has nice permanent wooden umbrella structures for shade. Snorkeling right off the resort, we saw fish and large spiny lobster in the small reefs, and having the equipment was awesome for every beach we visited. If you have a car, you can wake up feeing like you’re the only person on the island, but be 30 minutes or less from everything more developed areas have to offer. We would definitely stay again.

Peaceful and relaxing

If you are looking for seclusion away from the hustle and bustle, but a short drive to restaurants and entertainment - this place is for you! It is absolutely beautiful and quiet. The complex is gorgeous, clean, and well taken care of. The pool is wonderful and picturesque. The beach is a short walk with tons of lounge chairs offering sun and shade. The view is spectacular and serene. We can’t wait to come back! Pamela was a wonderful host, and so very kind and attentive. We were celebrating a very special occasion, and Pamela and the owners left a very lovely card and gift for us to celebrate. Our trip to Sandy Bottoms Cay was amazing. Words don’t do it justice!

An enjoyable stay

Provo has gifted me many memories beginning in 1986. In that period, its pristine beaches, turquoise waters, with a minimum of development and a small population became my favourite Caribbean retreat. It was a perfect place to bathe in the bright sunshine, sense the ocean breeze and swim in the warm waters. In time I was accompanied by my children and on a few trips my mother joined us. I witnessed and partly participated in Provo’s growth. Growth was accompanied by traffic, noise and organized chaos: from maximum three stories buildings to mid rise structures. Years ago I began looking for a quieter place where the beauty and solitude of the island still existed. This I found in North West Point. This February I returned with a special person in my life. We arranged for a place through Vrbo. From the moment we arrived to the day of our departure we had an enjoyable two weeks. We were met and welcomed at the unit by Pamela, Caribbean Dreams Mgt. She took us through the rules for staying and made herself available for any query we may have had during our stay. A bottle of sparkling wine was more than appreciated. The unit was well appointed and clean. The view from the bedroom window and the adjacent balcony displayed the ocean and the beach. We liked the kitchen since we love to cook. We had a few lunches at Boogaloo and tried a couple of other places. For us Boogaloo was the preferred destination. Dinners were enjoyed in our balcony accompanied by the sound of the waves. One pre-dawn morning we were regaled by the splendid sunrise. Two evenings we marvelled at Venus and Jupiter almost holding hands and were mesmerized by the sunsets. We walked to both ends of the beach and made friends with a pelican, turtle and with the spray of the waves. Our many photos will ‘extend’ our trip until next year when again we will visit the island. Throughout our stay, we sent a few requests to Pamela and she was always prompt with her helpful replies.
