You will have the entire House & Yard to yourself! We promise your rental will be clean, safe, and true to what you saw online! Self Check-ins are always smooth, and we're here 24/7 to answer any questions. The house has a well-equipped kitchen, in-unit laundry machine and a dryer (detergent & softener sheets included), free designated off- street parking with easy access. A large fully fenced back yard and fire pit only for your use. Dogs are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Please disclose these companions prior to travel.

Perfect weekend getaway!

A perfect base for our weekend trip to visit family in the Spokane area. Accessible to everywhere we wanted to go, and convenient to great local spots like Donut Parade, to help recharge. Would love to stay again!

Definitely a Gem!

Centralized close to the University as well as downtown. Was a warm and caredFor home. Our Goldens loved the fenced backyard. Very clean and feels like a home away from home.

The house was clean, and very nicely decorated although some repairs need to be made such as the tv wall mounting being done correctly so that it doesnt pose a possible injury as it does now because the screws are hanging out of the wall. The front and back yards were not tended to making it difficult to get luggage inside and I sprained my ankle trying to do so and navigate the holes and uneven concrete. Last but not least the neighborhood is in no way safe..i actually ended my stay early and left last night at 9pm ....i did not feel safe due to the area and family i have that live in spokane said that the area of this home is one of the worst in spokane

Great place!

Always a comfortable, convenient stay!

This house is our go-to for visiting our student at Gonzaga. Very clean, comfortable with nice amenities and close to campus. Having the coffee provided is a lovely touch. Thank you for another nice stay.

Home is welcoming and well appointed. Our 2nd visit to be with family in Spokane. Good location for our purposes. Recommend a visit to Jack and Dan's for good food and drinks. Don't miss Donut Parade.

This Home is warm, cozy, very clean and set up for a relaxing stay!

Freshly remodeled with all new finishes, furnishings, and appliances. Two bedrooms with one queen bed and a twin over double bunk bed. Each room boasts a new bed and mattress, high quality bedding, multi-port plug for charging devices, extra bedding.

You will find the kitchen to be fully equipped for meals grande or petite: dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven, refrigerator/freezer/ice maker, toaster, dishes, utensils, plates, pans. ♨ Coffee bar waiting to greet you in the morning:)
Back door opens up to a large fully fenced yard.
In-unit washer and dryer including detergent.
Strong, fast internet and access to HBO, Netflix, Prime and Disney +

*Due to COVID-19 we are taking extra care to disinfect our space.
