With Gulf views, resort-style amenities, and space to comfortably host up to 10 guests, this fifth-floor condo is your home base for sun, fun, and memory-making in Miramar Beach.

Spend your days at the community pool, or head out for some shopping at nearby Destin Commons and Silver Sands Premium Outlets. Grab a bite at The Crab Trap or Captain Dave’s, then head over to The Track for a day of family fun!



Parties, events, bachelor and bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited, and an adult chaperone must accompany guests under 25 throughout their stay. Smoking is strictly forbidden, and pets are unfortunately not welcome and subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Guests found in violation are subject to eviction with no refund.



Please note: A limit of two parking passes per unit. Boats, trailers, and oversized vehicles/buses are not permitted.

The room was great. Maybe a little dated but we did not spend much time in it. I love the location. Not to busy but walking distance for my favorite places. The beach is great to and you can see it from the room.

Great location & beautiful views!

The place itself was very comfortable, clean and in a great location. A view of the gulf from every room! I also loved that they will let you know if you can check in early as long as the place is ready. I only had to reach out one time and they responded promptly and issue was resolved quickly! I will definitely be coming back with my family! The only thing I suggest is going to Henderson Beach State Park (which is beautiful and just a few minutes away) or a public beach down the street instead of the reserved area for guests staying at Enclave. The area was so small and super crowded.

It was ok…. Less than expected.

Furnishing very dated throughout condo - especially living room furniture that is used often on a trip like this, kitchen not easy to navigate - (more like a kitchen you would find at a campground), stove/oven temperature control not working properly, refrigerator not cleaned fully and has rust at bottom seal, rust / aged wear on kitchen ceiling lighting fixtures, mildew stains on bathroom ceiling, bathroom counters/toilets lower than today’s standards, would benefit from a remodel. No lights on tennis courts. Location is very convenient. Items provided by Scenic Stays were of good quality and appreciated. Sorry - but this is not a place we would stay at again.

Late July stay

Loved our stay! Really nice location, access to the beach was great. Bedrooms were great had plenty of room for 7. 2 things that the condo needed for a better stay, first the communication with the agency that checked you in wasn’t great, they let us know the day before of things to bring and were quite slow on getting us the door code We eventually had to call them because it was never posted on our online account. And second and probably the biggest thing, there was no broom. No matter how hard you try, you bring sand back from the beach. Overall it was a great stay and would easily stay there again

Late July vacation

Loved location and close proximity to the beach. The condo was plenty spacious for all of us. There were only 2 things to complain about, first we did not get our code emailed or texted to us on the 1st day and had to calll. Second, there was no broom and sand needs to be swept up daily. But overall it was great

Good place

Good place however there was an issue with the AC while we were there. They did send somebody to fix it almost immediately but it didn’t fix the issue. It worked for a while but my husband ended up working on the system and got it to work for the last night we were there.

Will Never Stay Again

I will never recommend or stay at this property again. As soon as my family and I walked in, there was still food and hair all over the floors, the bed sheets, and counters. The bed sheets were also stained.I called the property phone number and they sent in the cleaning crew. Once they arrived and I showed them all the areas that needed changed and floors moped and swept, they started having an attitude and said everything was fine. My family and I felt very uncomfortable throughout our whole stay. We couldnt use the extra towels, the toilet seats had pee stains. Horrible experience
All sheets were black and looked as if these haven't been changed in a while

Good Communication, Bad SetUp

The people in which I communicated with were great, pretty efficient, and helpful. However, our wifi never worked and was never figured out. When we arrived, the condo had a very strange smell and the floors were disgusting: sandy and left our feet black. I’m not sure if we’d return to said place, but overall the experience was a 3/5

Had a great time but ….

The master bedroom bed apparently was broke I slept on a down slide ( the feet of the bed must have been broke ) & the mattress was hard as a rock. I would have been better off on the floor. The master bathroom is also available for anyone to use. The balcony doors do not lock. Screen was off also. The pots & pans were disgusting so I had to scrub before cooking. The range burners were bent & sticking up so it made it hard to cook on it. When we went to check in at 4 they were still cleaning & waited in hallway for 15 minutes. And then I received the wrong code to get in & had to call again. We made the best of it & had a great time in Destin
