Located on the Hilton Head Resort less than 1 mile from the beach, this newly updated 2BR/2BA condo is the perfect getaway for a family vacation! Hop on the resort beach shuttle and dip your toes in the Atlantic, or walk just 300 yards to the waves on the private boardwalk access.

As a part of your stay at the resort, you will also enjoy access to indoor and outdoor complex pools, a hot tub, fitness center, tennis courts, and beachside cabana.

LIVING AREA

After a day at the beach, relax in the living area, furnished with a large sectional. Make some popcorn and watch a new movie on the 47' cable TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

The chef in your group will appreciate the modern kitchen, equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances.

When your culinary creations are complete, dine together at the kitchen bar with seating for four. Or sip morning coffee at the island with seating for three.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

This one-story condo sleeps up to seven guests in two bedrooms.

Find quiet privacy in the master suite, furnished with a king bed and 40' cable TV. An en-suite bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower.

A second bedroom is outfitted with a twin-over-twin-over-twin bunk bed and full-size Murphy bed. Watch favorite shows on the 37' cable TV.

A second bathroom features another walk-in shower.

OUTDOOR AREAS

When you're not at the beach, find fun for the whole family at the indoor (one) and outdoor (two) sparkling pools (5' deep).

As a part of your stay at the Hilton Head Resort, you will also enjoy access to a hot tub, sauna, private boardwalk to the beach, beachside cabana, beach shuttle, fitness center, indoor track, tennis courts, shared grill, and gear shop for all your beach necessities.

Additional guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, communal washer/dryers, and unassigned permit-parking for two vehicles in the lot by Building 1.

This 3rd-story home is accessible via an elevator.

THE LOCATION

Take the beach shuttle, or walk just 300 yards on the private boardwalk, to the beach, less than 1 mile from the Hilton Head Resort.

A plethora of restaurants and amenities are within an easy walking distance, including Cocos On the Beach and Island Bar & Grill. Drive 3 minutes to the Shelter Cove Towne Center for even more options.

If traveling with children, be sure to visit Pirate's Island Adventure Golf (2 miles) or the Sandbox Children's Museum (4.7 miles). Or spend a day exploring the Audubon Newhall Preserve (5.2 miles).

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 3.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The unit was very clean and nice. The pools were nice, but crowded, as to be expected during the summer. Easy access to the beach through the boardwalk. Overall, a nice stay for the price.

Nice getaway

The condo was really nice and updated, with great decor. Only a few minor issues we noted but nothing that bothered us other than the door lock issue. The walk is long which we knew to expect with the boardwalk and figured we would walk off the vacation calories. The beach was beautiful and having Coco's was nice also. We would definitely stay here again!!

Hilton Head February Getaway

HHR is in close proximity to everything: beaches, restaurants, parks, shopping areas, bike trails. All of these are within a 10-mile range of the resort. Our residence had what we needed. We recommended to the manager that directions for the operation of the TV, the thermostat and the dishwasher would be helpful to future occupants. The manager was very helpful.

Cute but needs improvements

Good location and nicely furnished but the floors were filthy and hadn't appeared to be mopped in a long time. Walking barefoot makes your feet or socks gross. Many of the doors, cabinets, drawers, stools, etc. need hardware fixed to work properly. The murphy bed is unusable because the legs don't stay down. The pools are nice but the parking lot does fill up sometimes.

Appropriate description of condo

The condo is just as they stated it would be. Updated kitchen and enough room for our small family. It was perfect for what we needed- a nice place to sleep with a heated pool right outside. The condo is well decorated and we enjoyed all the amenities of the resort. That being said- the cleaners are clearly not doing their job. I honestly do not know what the cleaning fee goes towards. The condo was far from clean. Within 5 minutes of being in the condo all of our white socks were black on the bottom. There was food splattered all over the white cabinets. When we stripped the sheets, all of the mattresses were very dirty. A mattress protector would go a long way… However, our biggest concern was how much mold was on each of the air vents in the unit. If you are looking for a clean place to stay, this is not the place.

Sheets had not been changed from previous guest.

We arrived excited to vacation only to be locked out. I called and got the code reset pretty quickly and we were in. There were little quirky things with the property that weren’t a big deal. Broken refrigerator doors. Loose sink faucet. Nothing we couldn’t overlook. We went to the beach for a little while and then the store. When we went to bed I noticed a lot of hairs in between the sheets. Long hairs. Short curly hairs. All in patterns like a man had slept on one side a woman on the other. There was snot or some other body fluid on the comforter. I tried multiple ways to contact someone. At first the responses back were helpful. After an hour of no one showing up to change sheets I asked if I needed to go wash them in the laundry mat because I was tired and ready to sleep. I was told washing the sheets was my responsibility. Excuse me. I paid a lot of fees to have clean sheets for my first night. I spent $8 at the laundry mat and washed the sheets. Couldn’t fit the comforter in the washer. The next day I came back from the beach and found my $8 in new fees clean sheets replaced and no fresh comforter! I called again. Was told someone would come. They didn’t. We slept without a comforter, waking up cold most mornings because it was February, for most of our trip. Finally, at the end of our trip someone left a new in package insert on the porch and took the dirty comforter. They didn’t wash the insert or provide a duvet cover for it, but at least it was something.

Great time at Hilton Head.

Swimming was our object along with finding some sun. We did both and more. It isn’t just for kids. A Senior couple ( us) had a great time.

The condo is very clean and well decorated.

Everything was perfect except not having a place to hang dry our towels at the end of the day. Also, the washer or dryer was so dirty it ruined all of our white/light clothes. It looks like a tire ran them over. There was no one enforcing quiet hours, so we were at the mercy of whoever was at the pool, which on our last night was midnight.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was not properly cleaned when we arrived, yes, clean sheets and towels but the floors were not cleaned, the decorative pillows in the kid's room were ripped with stuffing coming out... food crusted on the oven knobs, baseboards, clumps of hair, dirty door knobs- it was gross. They offered a comped mid-stay cleaning which I declined because of covid and we have an 8 month old. I asked instead for more towels and they said no, but the person i spoke to had an attitude like I was ridiculous for asking for that. Then 4 days before our check out we woke up to the unit reeking of Marajuana. They handled the whole situation poorly- lots of lip service, not follow thorugh. I asked to be moved and they kept pushing this ionizer air freshener- I have an infant, I did not want to risk such a thing not working. They also had someone enter the unit without permission to service the AC? Basically I learned to never book with Turnkey.

Oh what fun!

My family and I booked a quick holiday weekend getaway and couldn’t have picked a better place! The room was adorable! Plenty of space for the 6 of us. Everything was nicely decorated, up to date appliances, so nice and clean! My kids loved the indoor amenities. I would recommend a beach wagon for the boardwalk down to the ocean. Coco’s was a cool spot for a nice drink on the beach!

Perfection!!!

So we decided to book through VRBO for a Labor Day weekend getaway. This property was exactly what we were needing as far as beds went (5 people total with 2 adults and 3 children ranging from 7 to 13). This was my first time staying at the HH Resort and booking anything through Turnkey Vacation Rentals. Prior to the trip, I was immediately pleased with the abundant amount of communication with Turnkey. I had advised them that we would not be arriving until late Friday evening. On the day of the trip, they were in constant contact with me giving me status updates on when the rental was clean and ready. Also, it is important to note that they were in contact all the way up to the day of checkout (we were hoping for a late checkout but was not available). Upon arrival, we were floored by the cleanliness of the rental first. Then we were floored by the beauty of the rental. Everything was perfectly decorated and well stoked for your beach trip essentials. The kids were comfortable, the couch was comfortable, and the showers were awesome!!! These rentals are not very big, and this might have been the best use of space I had ever seen in a beach type rental this size. I was asked to rate the cleanliness of the rental from a 1 to 5 with 5 being the best. I gave them a 10!!! We had one slight issue and that was with the fan control battery in the master bedroom being out. I did not even bother with having anyone replace this, but instead just notified Turnkey for the next renters. For the HH Resort itself, yes it is a big property. And yes, the boardwalk to the beach is long (there is a shuttle but I recommend the walk over the beautiful marsh). The indoor pool was great for the kids in our building especially for the late night swims. The staff at the resort were great as well. Everyone was very nice, welcoming, and respectful. For anyone looking at this property, here are a few recommendations. There are beach chairs there, but the seat threading on them are starting to fray slightly (Turnkey y'all might want to take a peek at these) so it would not hurt to bring a couple extra chairs as we did as a backup plan just in case (which we used ours the whole week). A beach wagon/cart is a MUST (which we brought one) for the walk if you plan on hauling chairs, beach toys, coolers, etc. Bring your beach towels, a smile, and plan on having a great time!!!
