Decorated in a classic coastal style, this delightful condo is set up for small groups eager to explore. Take in fresh air out on the private balcony, or relax inside in the central air conditioning. Family-friendly by design, you'll find it easy to cook up snacks for the beach basket in the full kitchen. If you're coming back from the beach, feel free to wind down with one of your favorite movies on the Blu-Ray player. The bunk room is set up perfectly for younger guests who want to make sand castle plans together. But no matter where you decide to sleep, guests of this condo can enjoy access to shared indoor and outdoor pools, as well as a shared hot tub, tennis court, and fitness room. Of course, the direct path to the beach will make every trip to the shore easy.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Excellent Stay

Overall our stay was excellent! The only downsides were that the Wi-Fi wouldn't connect and the TV wasn't always working. The condo was very well kept and would recommend staying here!

Good but it is tiny than as advertised

Overall okay, Private beach access, close to grocery stores. But walking required to beach, we were bitten by mosquitos when we enter into elevator , and comforters have not clean n felt like itchy. No washer n dryer. The service fee is high .

Decent place. Left more to be desired.

Let me start by saying the condo was clean and nicely decorated. We have stayed at this same resort (but different condos) a couple times before and this trip left more to be desired. The condo is in building 4, which is the farthest from the beach. By the time we walked through the 3 other buildings and down the long boardwalk it's at least a 20 minute walk to the beach. The resort has a "shuttle" which can take you down the boardwalk but it has times it doesn't run, would quickly fill up or was unable to use if you're bringing a wagon down to the beach. The condo has a balcony that over looks the parking lot and has no view out the front either as it's in a walkway into building 4. There are 2 lamps broken in the master bedroom (missing the pull down cord) only one small working lamp for master bedroom and it wasn't connected with the room's light switch. The stairs for the bunk beds were not attached and one set of stairs was broken with no ability to hook on, which was a hazard for kids. Missing kitchen equipment - no spatula or cutting board, which were basics we could have used. There isn't much space to put suitcases and there are No suitcase caddies. Also would be nice to provide a laundry basket since the laundry rooms are on another floor. The Sheets were cheap and itchy The Dining room table was lopsided and wobbly. We generally like this resort but I wouldn't stay at this specific condo again.

Small Cute Little Condo but Meets Expectations.

Quiet, Clean and Small cute little condo. Meets expectations. Perfect location. Love the amenities. Perfect place to rest your head and head to the beach. Cocos is such a great location right off the boardwalk and right before the beach. HHR Drivers are so pleasant a wonderful option available when wanted and needed.

Great spot for getaway

Loved the resort with its amenities. Great pool area with hot tub. 10 minute walk to the beach. Kitchen was equipped well for meals at home. Would definitely stay here again.

It was a very nice place. Although, WiFi was not good & no safety lock on main door. Little hard to work the TV’s. Boardwalk golf cart ride was very helpful!
