All of the unit except the owners closet that is locked.

Guests are welcome to check in on their own.
No Smoking in condo and at resort except in designated smoking areas. Smoking in the unit will be a $250 fine.
No pets allowed unless they are registered Service animals per resort rules.
Please put used towels and sheets on the floor when checking out.
Take all food and drink from the refrigerator and trash to one of the onsite dumpsters before leaving.
Please put all dishes in the dishwasher and start a cycle before you leave.

My name is Jim. I’m a single Father to 3 young adults. I’m a real estate broker, into house flipping, land development and built my first vacation rental on Lake Norman near Charlotte NC. I added a Beech Mtn condo for snow skiing. Now I've added a Hilton Head condo so walk to the beach! I'm an avid traveler. Exploring, vacationing, learning new cultures makes me a happy man. I am loving this new experience as a host and enjoy helping others vacation in great places.
