We’ve stayed at this resort for several years, always in different condos. The location of this unit is the third building back from the beach which we knew going into it, but if you’re not up for the extra walk it is something to consider. Also, the unit itself needed a deep clean. It was tidy and had been cleaned in a typical “turnover” manner which is expected. However window blinds/ air exchangers etc were really dirty, etc. in addition if you are sensitive to mold, use caution and check with owner as we saw several mold spots on the ceiling just outside of the condo (this condo is located in the indoor pool, so it’s obviously exposed to moisture etc.)

Great winter get away

This place was perfect for a quick winter get away. We loved the access to the beach and enjoyed daily walks on the sand. We also took advantage of the pickleball courts and indoor pool. It was a great location and price for my family of five. We would definitely stay here again! The host was easy to communicate with and the staff at the front gate were very friendly as we came and went each day of our stay.

Not close to the beach!

Decided to extend our trip to attend high school class reunion. The property was nice, a little dated. However, the description said it is close to the beach. It definitely is not walkable!!! It was at least a mile away!

Reasonable for the Money

Overall, our stay was good. We were disappointed by the cleanliness when we arrived. I emailed the property manager. The resort was dated in placea but it was fine for what we paid. The condo itself was very well taken care of. We enjoyed Hilton Head, a great vacation destination.

Condo description misleading

We were disappointed in our stay at the Hilton Head Resort. The description of the condo seems to employ marketing speak that is misleading but can be argued by the writer to be accurate. For instance, beach access. In our experience, beach access means you walk out the main gate or door straight to the beach. It does not mean that the beach is a half to three-quarters of a mile away. When the description says that a "washer" is available, the assumption is that it is in the condo. It is not a laundry you pay for on the other side of the building. In addition, the condo appeared not to have been deep cleaned in sometime. There was a lot of dust; the master bathtub had a lot of dirt around it and the mat inside the tub. Also, we were unable to use the TV in the living room because we couldn't get it to work. The directions attached to the TV, even when the wifi was working, didn't work and appeared to be incomplete at best. We will not be back for sure.

Great experience!

We stayed for a long weekend and really enjoyed ourselves! The condo was clean and had everything we needed (even some board games). The short walk to the beach was nice and we saw 2 alligators! The only downside of our stay was that the hot tub was closed the entire last day we were there. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone with a family!

Great stay

The little condo was perfect for myself and my family. It was a nice and a well kept property. Easy access to the beach as well! It was stocked well enough and the everything was as described on the listing. The outdoor pool was tons of fun too! The only I wish they had was a better workout area.

Wonderful stay

Lots of pools, nice jacuzzi, bar and deli on the property. Boardwalk to the beach with a nice bar. Great place for bicycles. Fresh seafood just across the street. Fun place.

Exceeded expectations!

Clean, little extras - the coveted HHI beachfront at your fingertips. Quiet, no crazy people, kid friendly too - there are quiet adult and family friendly resort level pools complete with bar, great food - priced incredibly well. Not disappointed or hit with any surprises like some places! Cocos bar at end of beach was a next level treat!!!

Amazing resort stay😃

I couldn’t have been happier when we opened the condo door to the awaiting and welcoming sea turtles. The place was absolutely perfect! There was plenty of room for the three of us and then some. All the necessities and more were available for us, including puzzles & games, kitchen accessories, beach chair & bags and so much more. It was a relaxing walk to the beach, passing by an alligator pond and the food at Cocos was good and reasonable. We had plenty of activities nearby and thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend. We will definitely be back!!

The host provided their phone number to text anytime! I can think of zero complaints - better than expected in many ways - zero stress (this place has everything and the location and price is a steal! 5 stars isn’t enough. Rare to get a vrbo that exceeds expectations but there’s nothing disappointing!

Family fun

This place worked really well for our family of six. It was comfortable, affordable, functional and great for our family. Could it be bigger? Of course. Could the corners have been a little cleaner? Sure. But overall this place was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a fun Hilton Head stay. We enjoyed the indoor pool, pickleball court, and nice boardwalk to a very nice beach.

Good Condo for a winter in Hilton Head

Knowing the weather would be cooler we selected this resort since it has an indoor pool, indoor hot tub, track, fitness center, sauna, and steam room. All very nice. The condo had everything we needed for our two week stay. We rented bikes and they have a bike rental at this location. Convenient to everything.

New Years stay

Our family had a great time Gere. The condo was clean, comfortable and updated. We had all cooking utensils we needed and ample space. Loved the building with the indoor pool and the board walk to the beach. Roger was exceptionally kind, responsive and pleasant. We look forward to staying here again!

Fun with family

Nicely decorated condo. It was decently priced for a 2-bedroom unit. The master bathroom could use a new bathtub & shower, but we delt with it. Plenty of useful kitchen items. We really enjoyed the pier to the beach since we love to walk. The weather turned out better than forecast. YEAH! All in all, a great stay.
