Our beautifully renovated 1922 American Foursquare home just one block from the beach is ready to host your family!

Located on one of the quietest streets in historic Cape Charles, only 2 blocks from Central Park and 3 blocks from the shops and restaurants on Mason Avenue- so centrally located you will be able to walk or golf cart everywhere in town!

Our home greets you with it’s inviting wide, wrap around front porch- the best one in Cape Charles!! You can enjoy views of the bay while sipping your morning coffee or relax in the evening and watch the sunset with your favorite cocktail. You won’t find another porch as spacious and inviting as this one!

One step inside the foyer and you will notice the flood of natural light that brightens up every room of this happy home. On the first floor you will find a living room with a smart TV, comfortable seating, and lots of books and puzzles. A perfect place to take a break for some down time and rest. A dining room, with a vintage-mid century table that comfortably seats 8. As well as a bar with the tools you need to make your favorite happy hour beverage. Next to that is a well-equipped kitchen where you will find everything you need to make a home cooked meal. The eat-in counter is perfect for breakfast-time or afternoon happy hours before dinner. As a bonus, the kitchen windows face the Bay and its magnificent sunsets.

Off the back of the kitchen is a porch with washer and dryer, beach towels, a high chair and other supplies needed to make your stay comfortable.

Upstairs you will find three bedrooms, comfortable for sleeping 6. All with windows on two sides of the room letting in beautiful natural light. Don’t worry though — each room has black-out shades to ensure maximum sleep time in the mornings. The first bedroom is the ‘master’ bedroom with a queen bed, a full bath with tub/shower and windows overlooking the bay. The second bedroom also has a queen sized bed and the third has a set of twin bunk beds. There is an additional spacious full bathroom in the shared hallway upstairs, with double sinks and a tub/shower.

Families with young children are encourage to pack light and use our pack n’ play, high chair, kid friendly cups and dishes, and utensils. We have toys, books, games, puzzles and lots of beach toys for guests use.

We also provide two beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and a beach wagon to cart all of your things to the beach. Since we are a block from the beach, with beach access on our street- the beach wagon is all you need to get there but if you would prefer to have a golf cart to get around, you can rent one in town. Make sure you rent early if you are coming in peak season!
