Come SEA Mermaid Cottage's newest Vacation Rental! LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Nestled under the Oaks (and where she gets her name Four Oaks), this Cottage is sure to impress and provide comfort, rest and relaxation during your stay. Sleeps 6 comfortably but can accomodate 8 via the sleeper sofa in the Family Room. It's time to turn your phone to VACA-mode and enjoy bicycle riding through town or on the nearby Spanish Moss Trail.Spend the day at Pigeon Point Park and don't forget to soak up the evening sky on the dock at Pigeon Point Boat Landing. Shopping and Fine Dining in Historic Downtown Beaufort is about a mile away and you are a short distance to MCRD Parris Island! Top 3 favorite attractions are: Hunting Island State Park and Beach, (A Park Pass is included with your rental), Carriage Ride through town and MUST-SEE Movie Tours. Great property, close to everything. We were there to do some fishing with our boat, check out the beach and the town of Beaufort. Location is central to everything. The home was perfect, we had 2 couples and 2 teenagers. You really did think of everything, the special touches were nice. Ingredients for smores (which we didn’t get to use because it was just too hot for a fire pit :) ), snack basket, beach chairs, etc. Will definitely stay again when we are back in the Beaufort area. Thank you!

The house smelled clean as soon as we walked in. Everything was perfect! The house had so many things that none of us even thought about. There was little things like ice in the freezer and extra supplies in the bathrooms that made the stay so much easier. I highly recommend and would definitely stay again! I wouldn’t change a thing!

Perfect rental

Stayed here to attend a wedding in the area. Very clean and comfortable. No detail was overllooked. Fixings for coffee, snacks, toiletries, lots of blankets and pillows, even a sewing kit, lint roller umbrella and more! Backyard is very nice amd private. We didnt have tome to build a fire in the firepit, but we did relax around it with our morning coffee under the beautiful huge tree. Good location. Would definitely stay here again!

A Hidden Gem

The neighborhood is in decline, but the house is perfect. It's convenient to everything and was very clean and comfortable. After a busy day of activities, it was nice to come back to a quiet place to relax. We had a great week!

Such a cute house!!

This house was perfect for our girls weekend. Location was great too! Close to everything! A lot of thoughtful things put into stocking & decorating the home. We would definitely stay there again!!

Family reunion

The property was easy to locate. Well lit on arrival. It was fairly clean, with snacks and water provided. The neighborhood was not the best, with nearby dogs barking all night. I mentioned this to the manager and it did seem better after my message.

Girls weekend away

The neighborhood was a little concerning and I was really doubting my choice of this property.HOWEVER, the house was the cleanest we have ever rented, beautiful inside, wonderful linens, towels, etc and a small but great kitchen. The location is also great.Communication was excellent and friendly. I would stay her again. The backyard is phenomenal and very private.

Family adventure

This location is perfect for a family vacation exploring the coast. We spent a day in Beaufort, Charleston and Savannah. The house comfortably fit four adults. The kitchen and living space had a great flow and plenty of space for playing board games. Location was easy to get to main roads and close to shops. Thanks for the memories!

Mermaid Cottage stay

We were in Beaufort for my sons graduation from Parris Island. We rented the Mermaid Cottage as ut was listed to sleep 7. We thought more family members would be coming, but it was just me and my other children. The Cottage was fantastic for what we beeded and close to everything. We would definitely stay there again.

Awesome place to stay

This cottage was perfect for our weekend getaway. The amenities were thoughtful, generous and thorough! From the snacks to the full size shampoo and conditioner this place had it all! Very convenient to downtown Beaufort but in a quiet residential area. Will definitely stay here again!

Everything you need!

Marine Graduation

This house was so cozy, had a beautiful backyard with firepit. They were so thoughtful and put a sign in the yard that said I was visiting to pick up my Marine and gave us a later checkout time. We had passes to a nearby beach too. Wish we would have stayed longer and were able to enjoy all the perks that came with our stay. Definitely recommend them.

Wonderful experience in adorable home!

We had a great stay in this home! It was extremely clean and well decorated. We appreciated the special touches like chocolates by the beds, s’more supplies for the fire pit, and very nice toiletries in the bathrooms! We had everything we needed to cook meals and sleep comfortably. We also enjoyed using the Hunting Island Beach pass. We highly recommend staying this is lovely home!

Foyr Oaks Retreat

Nice place ,very clean and was stocked with snacks and other things. We did kill a few of what looked like roaches in one of the bedrooms. Might need to be sprayed. Very convenient to downtown.
