This is a nonsmoking unit. No Pets allowed, please.

Sunset Island is a private Bay Front community, conveniently located on 67th street in Ocean City, MD. This luxurious resort features anything you need for a safe and sound family vacation. Just two blocks from the Atlantic Ocean, Sunset Island offers Indoor Pool, Outdoor Pool, Kiddie Pool, Three Private Beaches, Fitness Center, Boat Slips, Crabbing Pier, Island Cafe/Restaurant, General Store, 24 Hour Security With Gated Access, and Interactive Fountain and great community activities. Short drive to popular bars and restaurants such as Seacrets,  Fager's Island,  Mackey's, Dead Freddy's, and a lot more! 
Amenity Fees: $220.00 covers 6 facility & 3 parking passes.  Please note, additional facility passes are $75 per pass, per person per week. 
This property does not allow group rentals. Online bookings for group rentals will not be honored.

This property has a nice layout, but is in need of maintenance and updating. Although leading to external porches and balconies, the second level entry doors have no locks on them. The main level front entry door had a keypad lock and did not work, we had to use the garage entry every time we left. The mattresses were all very uncomfortable. The carpets were very dirty and needed to be at least cleaned if not replaced. This property is managed by a 3rd party and their communication was unacceptable, I had to get VRBO involved and didn't have confirmation of my reservation until the day before. I would not recommend this property

Wish we could have stayed longer !

First time staying in sunset island. Great beach community with pool & beach access . Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Townhome we stayed in was spacious & clean !

Sunset Island escape

I am from a large family who has OC reunion every year. Some of my family has stayed at SI, this was our first experience. the community is lovely, very family oriented with a lot of amenities, pool, with bar service, gym, convenience store etc. I am used to staying on the beach side, so for me, i missed the water view. Our property was perfect, very spacious and nicely located etc. My only comment is the properties feel dark, based on the porches on both sides. My family loved SI and our property that would consider buying there. Thanks for a great spot!
