POOL HEAT – Additional service
Cost: $65/day (plus taxes)

* 10% discount for 3+ nights

Minimum: 2 consecutive days.
Must be requested 48h in advance.
Heater works through heat exchange and will not work in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.

PET FRIENDLY
Bringing your furry friend? They are more than welcome! We allow up to 2 pets (up to 50 lbs each) with a pet fee of $169+ taxes.
We kindly ask that guests take responsibility for their pet, including cleaning up after them and preventing damage. Additional charges will be applied in case of non-compliance.

BBQ PROPANE TANK
The propane tank for the BBQ is an additional service priced at $65 + taxes. Guests may choose to bring their own tank or request ours.

Guests are responsible for purchasing any additional items needed during their stay. We recommend stopping by the nearest supermarket to pick up anything else you may need.

Getting around
The community allows a maximum of 4 vehicles per property.
There are two parking spots in the driveway.
You may also park up to two additional cars on the street, as long as community rules are followed: do not park near fire hydrants, on the sidewalk, or on the grass.
You can also park at the clubhouse parking, but no overnight parking is allowed, otherwise, your car will be towed.
No boat, camper, trailer, RV, motor home, recreational vehicle, commercial vehicle or equipment, or construction vehicle of any type is allowed beyond the gate guard.

The place was very nice. It could use a deep clean as there was hair in the pool and a fingernail found under one of the beds. There were minimal supplies which I feel makes it hard for anyone flying in. There were no cleaning supplies so I had to clean the stove and counters with dish soap. There wasn’t a broom. Overall, this did not have a high impact on us as we could bring the supplies home with us since we drive. The air conditioning went out twice but they had a technician there the same day to fix it. It would be helpful to include a phone number in the reservation details instead of having to search for one. The use of the resort was great!

We stayed here for one night and it was great. The house was clean, great location, and the property company communicated well and often.

We had a great time overall. The only problem was when we got to the location the security check-in was HORRIBLE! I was checking in and they told me we could only have TWO vehicles at the property. They were very nasty to my sister and told her to get off the property because she wasn’t on the list. I went down to talk to the security about my sister and over heard one of them say oh you can have FIVE vehicles at the property. That’s when I said what’s the difference with the properties? We can only have two and they can have five. Then all of a sudden they changed it up to five only. They’re very nasty and rude as far as the property we enjoyed it, and the host was great. Even the neighbor to the left of us was very nice. By the way, it was 24 of us and we had a ball. The house was very nice. We’re looking to rent again one day. It’s great to hear that your group of 24 enjoyed the house and found the neighbors welcoming. Regarding the gate: That experience is definitely not what we want for our guests. Security is managed by the community HOA, but their rudeness and inconsistency regarding the vehicle limit is unacceptable. We will be filing a formal complaint with the association management to ensure they are more professional and clear with guests moving forward. Good luck with the raffle! Eveything was great. only one complaint we had is that if youre paying for 18 nights, you should not have to pay additional money to get into the house an hour early. We ended up waiting outside the house for 40 min since we did not want to incur additional fees. Besdies that, zero complaints.Thanks

Absolutely the worst! Family vacation to Disney and Universal with my children and grand children. Decided to rent this house specifically because of the private pool and hot tub. I had to pay extra to have the hot tub heated. Upon arrival, we realized that the pool/hot tub were non-operational and dirty. I contacted the host and reported the issue and they said a technician would be out that day. No technician showed up, I followed up on Sunday and was told he was in route. Returned that evening to the same situation. I sent pictures and videos to American Star to which they replied that it was functioning correctly. It was very obviously not. I was told if I wanted the technician to return, I would have to pay for it and was sent a payment link. Long story short, pool and hot tub were finally repaired on day 5, stopped working again on day 6 (lights never worked). House was filthy, furniture was very cheap and broken, master bed was broken, theater seating broken, most of the games were broken, there were cigarette and marijuana butts on the pool deck, carpet was worn out to the point that at the master bedroom door we had to lay down a towel so my granddaughter would not step on the exposed tack strips. Same between the master and the bath. Multiple doors not functional. Dresser in the princess room broken and filthy. No wash cloths, uncomfortable bedding and pillows. Receptacle broken and exposed wires in one bedroom. I have pictures of all this and communications.

The house has lit of nice Disney pictures. But we had a number of frustrating encounters: 1. Asked to turn of pool heating and they did not. They expected payment but without letting me know how to pay. Keep on saying same thing over and over without proper resolution, it's late night, and pool heating has no point. 2. 1 Bed was broken, we could have been injured. 3. The house has no condiments, not a single coffee pouch, no sugar, no creamer. Every bathroom had a quarter size soap and shampoo not enough for single use. There was not enough soap to wash hand after a dump. I was told that how it is and guest suppose to have their own supply. 4. House parking spot was not enough for 3 cars. No clear instructions that we had to put a car in a way to block other two. 5. Check in was not smooth. We asked for 30 min extra time during checkout and we were not given it. Overall a penny pinching experience on a property decorated with nice Disney pictures. For the amount of money charged, steer clear of this property. Sharing picture of how much salt and pepper was there in the singular salt pepper holder of property according 20 guest. There are not meant to refilled. Also there was 1 pan and condition of the pan. Size of the soap and broken bed.

Hello, we’re sorry to hear your experience didn’t meet expectations. Pool heating is an optional, paid add-on, and we’ll review our communication process to avoid late-night frustration. The bed will be inspected and repaired as a priority. As stated in the listing, we provide only an initial starter kit of supplies (we do not offer refills of coffee, condiments, or personal items). Parking must follow the community rules, and we’ll reinforce the instructions to make them clearer. Regarding late checkout, unfortunately we’re not able to offer it, as we need adequate time for our cleaning team to prepare the home properly for the next guest. That said, we do allow a 15-minute grace period after checkout time when possible. Thank you for your feedback, and we remain available to help.
