Ideally situated on the shores of Perdido Key, this fifth-floor home boasts a private balcony with spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico, and access to an on-site outdoor pool. Sitting right on the beach in Perdido Key, the low-density, Ocean Breeze complex offers with a dune walkover leading to a quiet stretch of sand away from crowds.

After a full day of swimming and sunbathing, return home to the cooling comfort of central air conditioning. Inside, the open living space features a full kitchen with a six-seater dining table and breakfast bar seating for three. A plush living area with a cable-equipped flatscreen smart TV. WiFi and a private washer/dryer round out the home's modern essentials. As an added bonus, the primary bedroom comes furnished with a cozy sitting area and separate balcony overlooking the north side of the key.

The private, furnished balcony boasts a commanding view of the beach and the gulf - the perfect spot to bring your morning coffee, an al fresco breakfast, or a cocktail at sunset.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The HOA is beginning construction on the balconies Dec 1 through late February. There will be noise and no balcony.
Children's books, toys, and high-chair provided.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
