We have all of the measurements incase you need to know exactly how much space you have available for your car! As soon as you reported the issue, we worked quickly to schedule a vendor to resolve it that same day, despite the challenges of it being a holiday weekend. Management was in agreement to waive the late checkout fee if we were able to do it. We do wish you had shared any additional concerns during your stay, as our team is always eager to help and ensure everything runs smoothly. Regarding your late check-out request, we do our best to accommodate where possible, but due to scheduling constraints, we were unable to offer more flexibility at that time. We appreciate your kind words about the place itself, and we hope to host you again in the future for a seamless experience.
