Great Location in West Ashley, Charleston SC! Screened Porch That Overlooks A Wooded Buffer and Shadowmoss Golf Course! Very close to the beaches, airport, and historic downtown Charleston! Also, located close to two shopping centers and Wal-Mart shopping center. Two hospitals mins away, Bon Secours St. Francis Hospital and The Medical University of South Carolina. No owner/host staying or cohabitation while guests are vacationing!
Not the Hyatt, Hilton, or Four Seasons, but affordable, modest and clean

Beds were super comfy! Loved the large tvs in each room. Great kitchen with lots of cookware but could use a few more utensils. Nice ice maker. Left a bottle of wine and bottles of water. Shower in master still under construction. Pool was nice. Check out all the turtles by the pool!

Getting there

Our overall impression is that it was an okay stay and perhaps a newbie to listing. It was not completely ready for guest due to the shower in rear bathroom was not finish and not usable, there was no toilet paper provided and bed head boards were a little loose. Pros; great reading material, deck was a plus and neighborhood good and convenient to shops

Needs improvement

Not what we were expecting!Trash on floor, layer of dust on porch plants, mold on shower liner and in ice maker which didn't work. Master bathroom was not functional...shower was being redone. There was also an awful smell in the front bedroom.Would not recommend.

The price was good for an older town home in Charleston.Nice stay. The place needs a few updates but we have no complaints. Shadowmoss golf course borders the back of the units.

Short Vacation

The location within the complex was favorable. The price was reasonable. Lighting within the unit could be upgraded. The bedrooms each have nice size TV's which was nice. Once the owner completes the 2nd bathroom the unit will be pretty nice. Not much of a view of the golf course. No biggie. Would stay again.

Not what it seems

The pictures don't accurately represent the property. Gross kitchen sponge, scuffed floors, spackled wall holes, cabinet that doesn't close, no butter knives, a 3 legged chair. Then there is the futon that was replaced with a couch but not removed from the ad. I was given an air mattress at midnight as the replacement. It really was a letdown.

I think people will find this area close to the city of Charleston, but just far enough away to enjoy the peace and serenity of the area. The condo has been completely updated with new appliances, fresh paint, smart tvs, and nice furniture that hopefully anyone traveling would appreciate and enjoy.
