YOU CAN'T SLEEP CLOSER TO THE CARIBBEAN!

Cobia Beach Guest house:

HOT PINK FAMILY CABANA:
2 king bedrooms facing the sea, each with a 1/2 bath
2 bunk beds (sleep 4) in the back (8 total in this cabana)
Dining area with a kitchenette with sink, fridge, freezer, microwave, skillet
Full bathroom with shower in the back.
Front and rear patios
$200 per night for 4 guests
10% discounts for 7 nights.
$20 for each additional child. Up to 8 total in this cabin. (4 adults, 4 kids)
9% Belize hotel tax
A/C POLICY: A/C is free to use for a couple hours at night to cool the room. If A/C is left on all day, or with windows open, or left on while you are out on tours, or left on after check out. We will charge $20usd per day.
$100 refundable security deposit

TEAL CABANA:
Prime location in Hopkins and in all of Belize!
Cobia Beach Teal Cabana is on its own beach front next to an access road. It is designed as a "duplex" each side is the same.
King bed on each side, either one can be split into 2 twins.
2 person shower on each side
Each side has a kitchenette with sink, fridge, freezer, microwave, skillet
Outdoor grill
$175 per night for up to 4 people
9% Belize hotel tax
$100 refundable security deposit

BOTH CABANAS TOGETHER:
12 people total if both cabanas are rented together. (8 Adults, 4 kids)
$350 per night for both cabanas.

BROWN LODGE:
Every room has a view of the sea.
This Lodge is on the same property 9' in the air behind the Pink and Teal Cabanas.
It has 5 King Bedroom suites. They can be rented individually or as the entire cabana. Contact us for rates and availability. (Only available April 16 - Sept. 30)

You are renting guest houses in the middle of a fishing village. We have NO staff on site.

Spring Break Getaway

We had a wonderful time as a family of four traveling to Hopkins and getting immersed in the culture. The property and locationwas great. The host provided several recommendations that were well enjoyed- highly recommend a trip with Captain Ash!

If you are looking for a good size house right on the beach this is it. The house and the beach in front of it were extremely clean. There were four adult men in our group and each of us had a good size bed to sleep in. Also, with three bathrooms and a kitchen we were set up beautifully. I totally would stay here again.

First off, you're ON the beach. Can't beat that location.The back patio is fantastic with nice lounge chairs.The nice surprise was the amount of stuff provided by the host. There are hammocks you can string between the palm trees on the beach. They provided a ton of snorkels, masks, and water shoes, plus two nice paddle boards. There was even a coconut pole and machetes available. Got to knock down and open a coconut for the time!The house is perfect for large families or groups: one king-size master bedroom plus 6 other mattresses spread across the space, and 3 bathrooms (including a random extra toilet in the laundry room). A/C worked great. The washer and dryer are newer American-style—big loads and they dry quickly. Outdoor shower is a nice touch.Big supermarket is right around the corner with everything you'd need. We tried both restaurants on the block (Ella’s and Maximo’s) and they were both very good.5 Stars!

Great Place

First off, the owners and manager are awesome. They are very responsive, and communicate very well. The location was perfect for us, in the middle of Hopkins town. You are able to get the feel for day to day life of the residence. The people were fantastic. The place is nice and quaint, but we loved it. My wife and I both agree, the only thing it was lacking was a couch in the lounge. But honesty, we loved the place and our time in Belize. Nice work!!

Experience authentic Belize with amenities

All you need in a beach cabin, beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Great location to the water and within walking distance to restaurants and groceries. Very comfortable and clean beds and well kept property with extra conveniences like an outdoor shower. If you want an authentic Belize experience Hopkins is a good reflection of a small town and the Cobia will be a comfortable stay. The owners and caretakers communicate well and hiring Andrew as a driver was such a gift. Not only did he take good care of us, he is very knowledgeable about his homeland and answered all our questions. We highly recommend this property and appreciate owners and caretakers who put their guests first.

Perfect Location

4 adults stayed here for a week the end of January. The location was very central to dining, right on the beach with good swimming access and close to grocery stores. The kitchen was well stocked with utesils. We ate breakfast at the unit and lunch and dinner out. 2 king size beds with ensuite partial baths were very comfortable. We paid for airconditioning at night for comfort. Easily could accomadate a couple of families with kids using the bunk beds in the common area. Only downside was lack of couch, comfortable chairs to sit in. This was not a problem for us as we were gone most of the day and played cards and games after dinner. I would easily stay here again.

A Slice of Paradise

Hopkins is a wonderful town. People are friendly, food is good. The cabana was clean, comfortable and right on the beach. Couldn't ask for more.
