Mr. Green in Saint Augustine is a dog friendly, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage central to everything Saint Augustine has to offer.
Must be 25 to book. Dogs are welcome with advanced approval and pet fee. Nightly rate is determined by headcount. Please ensure headcount is accurate before booking.

Enter through the front door into the living room. There are two bedrooms, one King size bed and one Queen, a desk for working, smart TV, and closet/dresser. Each bedroom sleeps two and there is a queen size pull out couch in the living room. There is also a fully stocked kitchen and separate dining room with seating for 8. There are two bathrooms, each with bathtub/shower combos. There is also a full size washer and dryer in the mud room which leads to the back yard entertainment area.
The outdoor space has a seating area, fire pit, grill, and fenced in space for dogs to roam safely.
Guests have access to the entire property with the exception of one locked bedroom (vacant) which is storage and owner's closet.
We are totally hands off but are quick to respond to any issues or happy to offer recommendations.
Welcome to the Oyster Creek District. It's somewhat walkable, depending on your level of physical ability, to Old City, The Saint Augustine Shipyard, and King St bars and restaurants like Bog Brewery, Bueno Onda, etc. Otherwise all of these areas are easily accessible by Uber/Lyft.
Uber/Lyft. If you do drive, be sure to check out the parking garage for easier parking.
Base nightly rate is based on 2 guests. Additional guests are charged per night. Please ensure headcount is accurate before booking or fees will be assessed accordingly.
Must be 25 to book. No 3rd party bookings. You must sign a rental agreement via docusign to verify identity. Provide email address within 48 hours of booking for docusign. Individual making the reservation must be present for the duration of the booking.
We love our home but it is not our primary residence so we are not the foremost authority on events and situations that may impact your stay. The guest is responsible for researching the area and events and determining whether it's appropriate for their stay. We are not responsible for anything off of our property and no refund will be issued for weather, issues with city owned beach or roads, or events and crowds that disrupt a guest's stay. Further, we have our home on a routine pest and insect maintenance schedule but that does not guarantee that guests will not encounter insects or other wildlife and any such encounter is not grounds for refund. We are a strict "no refund" vacation rental, this means if there is an issue with the home that makes the home uninhabitable, guests may check out and receive a refund for any unused nights but if the guest has an issue with the home but still chooses to remain in the home there will be no refund issued for any reason.
There is a ring doorbell that records motion at the front door, facing the street.
