Beautiful modern single-family home located just 0.4 miles from popular Resident's Beach. This home is in a prime location of sunny Marco Island featuring the most-wanted southern exposure. Including a large dock to fish off or to simply take in the view, this home is perfect for a relaxing day. You can enjoy a screened in lanai with a spacious pool or walk to nearby restaurant's as well! Two bedrooms and two bathrooms with a pull out sofa, this home will nicely accommodate up to 6 people. Updated kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances. Power blinds on the sliders if wanting some privacy. Flat screen tvs offered in both the living room and master bedroom.

Bikes provided for guests to use. All the beach gear one would need for their stay including chairs, umbrella, towels, and beach cart to haul all.

Featuring impeccable landscaping including two mature and edible mango and a lychee trees.

Marco Islands only "pineapple plantation" (22 plants – feel free to eat in season). Lime, Lemon, Kumquat, Fig, Belly Buddha Bamboo, PowderPuff, Blue Agave, DragonFruit cactus, Bananas, Bird of Paradise, Sea Grape, Orchids, other cactus and more.

Pier for fishing and viewing dolphin and manatee when they visit.

Come stay at this perfect beach bungalow on beautiful Marco Island.

***Owner of the home has someone who stores their boat on the lift. Periodically the owner of the boat may stop by and access the dock/boat. They will never need access to the home. Harborview will do their best but not always guaranteed to give reasonable notice to guests of when the owner of the boat may come and go. Owner of the boat does not live local and is in town periodically for a couple of days.***

Loved the location to dining and shops. Getting to the beach was a bit of a hassle but we figured it out. Would definitely rent again if in the area! Harborview was wonderful to work with. Flawless system.

Amazing!

It’s an amazing 2/2 house with all the confort you need, including the garage and bicycles. Beautiful pool and terrace. It’s a place you would want to come back to.

Really great property overall, awesome central location.....but

Property is a 10 out of 10, without a doubt. The pool area looked brand new and the landscaping was immaculate. We knew, going in that the adjacent property was under construction, starting in April of 2024. We decided to risk it. In hindsight, that was a mistake on our part to no fault of the property manager or owner. It happened that

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again. We walked most places including the museum and our favorite restaurant, SAMI's. The pool was warm and wonderful and the home was perfectly equipped for a great stay.

The house is walkable to a few restaurants (we enjoyed walking to Doreen's for breakfast and Sami's for lunch or dinner). It's also a reasonable walk or short bike ride to the public beach. The provided bikes are a nice addition for getting around. We would definitely rent this house again!

Perfect family getaway!

This house had it all! My husband, 2 kids (2&7) and I all enjoyed our trip to celebrate our 10 year anniversary. The pool was definitely a highlight; perfect temperature, lots of pool toys and floats. House was in a great location; 15 minute walk to the beach and everything only seemed to be a 5 minute drive away (grocery and restaurants). They had everything you would need for a beach day: chairs, umbrella, sand toys for the kids, and a wagon! We even got to pick 2 pineapples from their garden…the kids thought that was so cool! The house itself was very comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, lots of towels provided for pool/beach. We had a fantastic time and highly recommend this house!

Clean, organized and has everything you could possibly need from beach towels to pool floats. We have stayed in VBRO properties all over the U.S. and I am extremely picky. This was the best equipped house we have ever stayed in. Beautifully and tastefully decorated. Beds were really comfortable. In every area you could tell how much thought the owners took in decorating and equipping the spaces. The pool was very clean and the perfect temperature. We really enjoyed the outdoor space it is beautiful with plenty of room to relax as well as enjoy an evening meal. Our boys fished every morning and night from the dock. The big sectional couch was perfect to end the day relaxing as a family. Beach: In the description it mentions the distance to Residence Beach but if you rent this house you will not have access to that beach but we learned that it doesn’t matter. The entrance to the public beach is just south of residence beach. We thought this was going to be a problem as my health is not ideal and we were not sure if I could bike there. There is absolutely no easy way to drive to the public beach and park. It’s very difficult to find a spot and it’s a haul with all beach equipment. The second day we took the bikes that were provided with rental and it was a very easy ride ( if I’m saying this after 2 brain surgeries, anyone can do it) you can park and lock the bikes right at the beach entrance. The beach chairs have backpacks so they are easy to transport. This worked so well. We even went back every night around 6:00 and stayed until sunset. Marco Island sunsets are spectacular!Located in a very safe and very quiet area. We felt comfortable letting the boys (17&18) ride the bikes all over the island. They really enjoyed the freedom. They rode the bikes everyday to Marco Fitness Club 2 miles away to work out and found their way to sh

Bauarbeiten beim Nachbargrundstück

Wir haben uns vor Buchung erkundigt, ob die Bauarbeiten am Nachbargrundstück noch in Gang sind. Wir erhielten lediglich die Antwort, dass wir keine Regressansprüche geltend machen können. Wir haben vertraut und verloren.Die Bestückung der Küche könnte auf neuesten Stand gebracht werden. Es war ein Weinglas vorhanden. Wir haben dann welche gekauft. Die Lage des Hauses ist ansonsten ok, man kann zu Fuß an den Strand laufen.

The villa itself was beautiful as shown in the photos with a lovely swimming pool. The downside for us was that next door was a full on villa new build going on so from Monday through to leaving it was not tranquil. We checked the listing and to be fair to people who booked nearer to staying there would see the note added after we had booked saying about the work going on.If we had known that , for as lovely as the villa was we would have moved our booking. I wish we were aware of that but as said the villa is gorgeous and very well decorated with a superb pool. The agency were very accommodating with an earlier check in and slightly later check out too which facilitated our travel schedule. The use of the bikes provided at the villa was another excellent touch.As I said couldn’t fault the villa or agency, just a real shame about the building works directly next door & that’s the only reason my overall rating is a 3 and not a 5 , but all my other ratings scored 5 out of 5We would go back (but only after the next door building work was completed)

It was very well maintained and well equipped with everything we needed during our stay. The pool area seemed to be newly renovated, and it was nice having a view to the canal. The one thing I was disappointed about was that there was construction going on next door. We were lucky because they did not work much during our time there, but I think it would be nice to disclose this to renters as there was the potential for that to greatly influence our time spent by the pool and enjoying the beautiful lanai.

Thanksgiving Vacation

This property is as advertised. It was very clean and equipped with everything our family needed. The outdoor area was great, and we all loved relaxing and swimming in the heated pool, and there were plenty of pool toys for the kids. When it was time to go to the beach, there were nice beach chairs and umbrellas for us to use. Tiger Tail or South Beach were both less then a 5 min drive away. The updated kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to make a nice Thanksgiving meal, and the rest of the house was great. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone heading to Marco Island.

Will be back!

Great property 10min away from the public beach entrance (walking distance). The interior as well as the pool area felt as if it was brand new. The furniture and beds were perfect and the kitchen, even though we did not cook much, had everything we needed during our stay. Plenty of beach gear available to spend a great day at the beach as well as toys for the pool. If you don't mind a little walk to the beach, which we enjoyed and helped us meeting some of the neighbors, don't spend more time looking for another house and book your next vacation here. The property manager was excellent and fast answering all our questions.
