Wonderful Condo

Beautiful condo, great location, correspondence was great. The codes to get in take some time getting used to. Check and make sure there is no remodeling going on or you will be locked out of your balcony Monday thru Friday, as we were, not to mention the noise. . The place was beautiful, convenient and comfortable. However, never could get tv to work. In addition, after we booked, a message was sent that I scrolled through to state that our balcony would be closed during the day. There was only one small sentence about this. I was verbally told when we arrived. It took me 10 minute to find the statement . I had to read carefully through all of the vbro messages I received.. This should have been provided before I booked. It was confusing when we got there. Other than that it was amazing.

Great girl trip!

We had a great trip and the condo was perfect. The codes can be a little much to mange at times, but that doesn't have anything to do with the owners. The communication was great and we had everything we needed. I would stay here again!

Great unit and host, unfortunate timing

We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the property overall and the unit. We stayed in the same property last year but in another unit. Great beach access and great location that is convenient to restaurants. We were saddened with the scheduled maintenance on the building and units during our stay as it prevented us from utilizing the balcony 3 days and had to expect crews in the unit 3 days. I understand it has to be completed which is why I still give it 5 stars but we honestly would have stayed elsewhere if we had known. With that being said everything else was exceptional and would highly recommend the unit and host.

Great place

Love Emerald Isle Condos. Live the bedroom setup with one bedroom having bunk beds. Walking distance to almost every restaurant.

Beautiful Condo

The condo is perfect. The view is incredible, you get the bay and the beach, it fit 6 adults comfortably. Having the end unit is the way to go.

Amazing condo

The condo is truly stunning and the views and beyond compare! The condo is very spacious and the layout is awesome. The amenities on the property are dated, but overall a great place especially if your priority is beach front, and not concerned about property amenities!

Absolutely wonderful! Gorgeous inside and out! Can not wait to come back! Perfect layout, gorgeous views, property was so so clean.. the staff was super nice and always cleaning! The beach was Amazing.

Great Place on the Beach

Everything was awesome except the dryer did not work. Location excellent w/ easy beach access and great pools/hottub. Easy walk to shops and great restaurants. Plenty of room for our mixed group of 8. I let them know about poor clothes dryer ( it took 4 hours to dry even a small load). This never got remedied during our stay. A bummer with large towel usage. It's why I couldn't do 5 stars.

Birthday celebration for a 50 year old

The condo is beautiful and a great size. There were no issues at all. We hope to return in the future. Unfortunately, we had to leave early due to weather, but the time we were there was wonderful!

Girl's Weekend

We stay at Emerald Isle every year for a yearly girl's trip in a different condo and this year's condo blew last years out of the water. There was an issue with the sofa sleeper that was communicated to me prior to arrival and an air mattress was provided. Overall we had a great stay.

Beautiful Corner Condo

We watched the sunrise in the morning from this corner unit. Everything is updated and check in process was easy. 4 stars for check in because we couldn’t get in until 4pm and out at 10am. I would suggest more cleaners to narrow that window. We watched the 4th of July fire works from our floor. Pensacola’s restaurants didn’t disappoint. A short drive back into the city was well worth it. We would rent again.

Beautiful view

The main living area was open and plenty of seating which was great. The bedrooms are nice and baths are good. Has a separate laundry room which we kept our beach stuff out of the way. The only down side of the property would be that the dryer hardly dried our clothes (had to runs it 4-5 times to get most of the stuff dry. The view was incredible from the sunrise to sunsets and watching the dolphins. The only issues we had was …The ice machine would not dispense ice and the stove top burner was not working right. The place was fairly clean, the air vents were very dirty, so be aware if you have allergies, which is why I gave it a 4 not a 5 rating There are codes to get into everything on the property which was good when they worked. Had a lot of problems with the door coming in from the beach/pool to building Thanks to other guest coming out we were able to get in. Over all it was a very nice place to stay
