This place was great! Close to everything and plenty of room for the 9 of us. The chairs and umbrellas were an awesome perk! Highly recommend. Host was responsive and helpful! Check in was smooth, easy and clear. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, beach chair rentals was a plus. Beautiful property. Floor was sandy(but it's on the beach). Would stay again. My family loved it.

Beautiful, clean, well-decorated condo andbeach. We did have a problem with thecombination not working well on the front door.Maintenance was very helpful! He said that he thoughtthat the number “3” was sticking.

The condo was filthy when we arrived upon entering. The children took their shoes off and walked down to look out the sliding door. Their feet were black! The floor had not been cleaned. The stove was filthy as well as the oven. In the morning when I was going to make coffee, the coffee pot looked like it had never been cleaned. The furniture was extremely uncomfortable and stained, very disgusting. There were M&Ms on the floor, where our little ones were trying to pick them up and put them in their mouth. Luckily, we were able to stop that. We had to move the couches and sweep which was even more disgusting.I cannot believe we paid almost 10,000 to stay here. We have stayed in the condo a few floors below for the last few years and it has always been top-notch and this place with more expensive and definitely not luxurious. This place needs to be updated and thoroughly cleaned. We had not received checking information, but the owner responded within a short time and we were able to obtain the information. He was very helpful.

What is particularly concerning is that during your stay of more than a week, we never received a single call, text, email, or message regarding any of these issues. Had we been notified that the condo was not cleaned to an acceptable standard upon your arrival, we would have immediately dispatched our housekeeping team to inspect and rectify the situation. We routinely address guest concerns in real time, but we can only do so when we are made aware of them. Our property has hosted thousands of guests over the years and has earned more than 400 five-star reviews. While we understand that individual preferences regarding furnishings and décor can vary, the extensive history of positive guest experiences stands in sharp contrast to the conditions described in this review. We also find it noteworthy that despite the severity of the allegations, no photographs were provided and no attempt was made to contact us during the stay, even though you acknowledged that we responded promptly and were readily available when you needed assistance with check-in information. We stand behind the quality of our property, our housekeeping standards, and our commitment to guest service. Had these concerns been brought to our attention during your stay, we would have welcomed the opportunity to investigate and address them immediately.

After all of our travels were complete, we decided that there was no better place to live or vacation than Pensacola Beach. The sugar white sands and the emerald green waters form the perfect backdrop for where low cost of living meets the highest quality of life. Since 2009 we have loved it here and we are certain you will too!

After careful research, we, along with some of our best friends formed a partnership and bought this incredible 4 bedroom/4 bath room end unit condo at Beach Club Towers resorts. We use it ourselves from time to time and open our home to others to enjoy the sun and the sand as much as we do!

Some of our great local events/adventures include: deep sea fishing, pier fishing, dolphin watching or going on a dolphin cruise, walking the Gulf Island National Sea Shores and touring the Ft. Pickens historical FL state park, touring the National Museum of Naval Aviation (equal if not better than the National Air and Space Museum in Washington DC), Adventures Unlimited (Zip Lining, tubing, kayaking, and the high adventure ropes course), Historic Seville Square (concerts in the Park on Thursday nights during the summer), or kicking back and shopping/dinning on Palafox St. (named one of the USA's 10 Best Streets by Travel Mag).
