DETAILS: Ocean Eyes, a charming beach residence nestled on the tranquil Forest Street, boasts 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, accommodating up to 12 guests. Situated near a community pool and a short stroll from a fitness center, tennis courts, playground, shopping, dining, and various beach accesses, this seaside retreat offers both convenience and serenity.

Welcoming visitors with a shaded front porch adorned with a bench swing and dining space for 6, Ocean Eyes provides a delightful spot for people-watching after a day of sun and enjoyment. Inside, the hardwood floors, pastel finishes, and slipcovered furniture create a cozy atmosphere. The living room features a 65’ Smart TV, while the oval dining table for 6 leads to a cheerful kitchen with pale cabinets and whimsical, colorful tile work.

The main level offers two comfortable guest bedrooms. The first boasts 2 twin beds and a set of twin bunk beds, sharing a bathroom with a shower. The second, equipped with a king bed and a 50’ Smart TV, opens to the backyard and shares a bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

Ascending to the second floor reveals three more guest bedrooms. A queen bed guest room shares a bathroom with a shower/tub combo with another queen bed guest room. The third bedroom, featuring a king bed, opens to a charming balcony overlooking a community pool. Its private bathroom boasts a double vanity and a shower. All three bedrooms are equipped with 45" TVs.

An additional living room with a 45" TV on the second floor provides the perfect space for kids to unwind while adults enjoy the main living area.
Guests can climb up to a spacious lookout tower to enjoy sunset views of this famous little town that started the New Urbanist architectural movement.

Unfortunately, the HOA in this community prohibits golf cart rentals or for guests to bring their own.
