Perfect getaway for my teens! House was perfect as was the location to the beach and the town square. Having private beach access was great. Marie was great and very accommodating. We will definitely be back!

Family Weekend Getaway

The house was beautiful and clean. It is in a great location, close to the beach and the main shop/restaurant area. The hostess was very informative and kind. My family and I would definitely stay here again when we visit Seaside in the future.

Wonderful stay in Seaside

Our family’s first time in the 30A area, and we were so happy to be in the heart of it all in this beautiful property. The location was perfect for walking to everything in Seaside, and the home was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed to enjoy our downtime and relax when not exploring Seaside or the other nearby towns. We’ll definitely be back!

Great Seaside Stay!

Great property in a great location. The owner was highly communicative before and during the stay. The house was clean and spacious, including the patios. It's only a few minutes walk to the square or the beach, and the street is quiet. Highly recommend, and we would stay here again.

Excellent basecamp for Seaside family vacation

We have vacationed as a family of five in Seaside every June for the last 9 years, but this was our first stay at this property. It proved to be a great option for us, as our kids are now older (11, 13, 16) and more independent. Location was perfect for us, less than 1 minute walk to the west side pool; a short jog to fitness center and tennis/pickleball courts; and, a few minute stroll to the Seaside town center and beach access. Marie was a very responsive host and quickly addressed a few items that we needed to ensure that our stay was comfortable. Check-in and check-out were no hassle. A large TV in the living area made family movies enjoyable. Beds were comfortable and clean. Both bathrooms are on the smaller side but we would be happy to stay here again.

Perfect Stay

Emma Lou is a precious house with plenty of room for a family of 8. Very clean, comfy beds, and well-stocked kitchen. This location is literally steps from the pool. Marie is one of the best hosts with whom I have dealt.

Great home in Seaside!

The Emma Lou is a great home in Seaside. Larger families/groups may find it a little tight due to the smaller bedrooms and smaller two full baths. There is a half bath on the 2nd floor. However, after acclimating, we were able to make our group of eight comfortable. The host was very responsive and accommodating. The location is only a few minutes from the beach or downtown Seaside and the pool is within walking distance. We highly recommend the EmmaLou!

Spring break ☀️

Beautiful house with private access to the beach. Perfect location…very short walk to the town square, food, pool, a beautiful park and fitness center. Marie was a fabulous host and made sure everything was in place for us. Highly recommend!!

Awesome Property

This house is in a prime location. 2 (short) blocks to the beach and 3 doors from the swimming pool. The house was the perfect size with plenty of outside space for relaxing. We will be staying here again after the Christmas holidays!

Fantastic property would stay again

This property had everything and was listed as advertised. It was the perfect location in Seaside close enough for the kids to ride bikes and for us to walk to the city center, but far enough away that it was quiet during the morning and evening. It was newly redecorated and had new furniture and home decor, it was gorgeous. The appliances were state of the art and we cooked dinner almost every night. The private beach access & the streets blocked at night gave us a sense of security for our teenagers. That’s was important because the cell phone service was terrible all up and down 30A. I loved the time we spent at Emma Lou and would highly recommend this perfect location for your family. We had 14-17yo’s and it was perfect, especially with individual access to master bedroom and the amazing porches to hang out on. Marie was a wonderful host. It also came with several bikes and that helped the kids get around easily to all the other locations they wanted to. I can’t say enough about this property and highly recommend it.

Fell in love with Seaside

This was our first trip to seaside and we fell in love with this charming beach town! The Emma Lou was the perfect place to stay. Location was great, close to the beach, pools, and town square. Everything was in walking distance. The house was very clean and we loved the huge wrap around porches. Host was very accommodating and responded promptly to questions. We will be back and highly recommend!

The Perfect Seaside Home

We had an amazing time at the Emma Lou with our family and friends. The home was easy walking distance from the beach and the main Seaside square, so we were able to enjoy both every day. The kitchen and living room were perfect for spending the evenings together playing board games and watching TV. We highly recommend this home!

Home Away From Home

For our first time staying in Seaside, the newly renovated Emma Lou set the bar high! We recently visited for a week with our 13-month-old son to celebrate our 5th wedding anniversary and Emma Lou truly felt like our home away from home stocked with everything we needed! Emma Lou is less than a 5 minute walk from the Odessa Street beach pavilion and the Seaside Central Square with lots of shops and restaurants. Some of our favorite amenities were the beach cruisers and helmets, beach/pool, towels, parking passes, the cappuccino maker, and our sweet and responsive host! We’re already dreaming of our next visit!
