Clean, crisp colors and fun beach decor welcome you as you step through the door of this spacious home. Six ceiling fans (including one in each bedroom) and central air conditioning will help keep everyone comfortable inside while you put together lovely meals in the well-equipped, full kitchen, and then dine together at the table for three. Kick back in the main living area and channel surf or enjoy the view of the Gulf from the furnished sunroom - a great place to relax with a cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine. Additional amenities at this home include a gas grill and complimentary internet access.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great location. Super clean. Everything as advertised and more. Lots of unexpected extras. Even though door to the outside of sunroom locks, we would recommend re-installing locks to sliding doors to give guests a better since of security.

Awesome little beach duplex.

The stay was great, the other duplex was also occupied and we did hear our neighbors at all unless we were both in the front yard at the same time. Pictures of the place are accurate! Would recommend.

Perfect & Cozy

We highly enjoyed our stay! We came down to relax and fish off the beach. Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t that great but the house made up for that. We just relaxed and watched movies when we couldn’t fish. Everything was there that we needed and absolutely spotless! The chase lounge was my spot and so comfortable! We will definitely rent again!

Summer Beach Vacation

Over all we had a great vacation at the house. The location is great with easy access to the beach and great views of gulf. The only complaints we had was the couch had a weird smell and the mattress in main bed room could use replacing The beach amenities, wagon, umbrella’s and chairs were a great bonus and came in very handy. We will definitely consider staying here again in the future

This is a beautiful, well-appointed home. Great view of the Gulf. Even though it is located on busy 98, we never heard any traffic.

Beautiful but door lock problems

Very nice property situated across Hwy 98 from the beach. Lovely view, beach was perfect. There is a good coffee shop (Caribbean Coffee) in Mexico Beach -- better than what we found in Port St Joe. Good places to eat nearby in Mexico Beach, Port Joe and even Apalachicola isn't that far. The rental was clean and nice - except the floors. If you walked around in white socks they got very dirty very quickly -- from the first night. I took a star off for this and because of Vacasa, the management company. The carport door has a cypher lock with a 10 digit code. The night we arrived I called Vacasa to report that the lock was malfunctioning. Yes, you can use the code to lock and unlock the door -- but you don't have to. If you simply press the "Schlage" button when it's locked, it will unlock. The bottom door handle also had a normal key lock, but it was loose and couldn't be locked/unlocked with the key. Very unsafe. I called 4 times, texted twice and each time the person was very nice, said they would work on it and get back to me. They never got back to me and it was never fixed. I did send pictures and even a video of it.

Wonderful stay at a beautiful property

We completely enjoyed our time at Mexico Beach! The property was as described, clean, easy to access and a great place for our small family to stay. This is a location we will be adding to our family vacation list, and will definitely be back!
