Beautiful 4 bedroom 2½ bath house on the corner of 4th st Street and Hwy 98 in Mexico Beach. This charming house features 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, 1 bunk bed (full over twin bed). With 2.5 bathrooms equipped with a hairdryer and shower, guests can relax in comfort. Enjoy the beautiful surroundings and modern amenities like WiFi, AC, heating, iron, and a washing machine. Experience the magic of Mexico Beach at our amazing house. Whether you decide to take a solo journey or bring others with you, you’ll find what you're looking for. Let’s start with the views - INCREDIBLE! Surrounded by windows, the blue sky and water feel so close that you can reach out and dip your toes in. The interior is perfectly designed to maximize these views creating a peaceful retreat.
On the beachside of the property is a swing patio and leads to a larger sundeck with amazing views. That is where you will want to start your mornings. In the back of the house relax and grill at the tiki bar.
Only steps away from the beach, there is public beach access at the end of 4th st with a winding ramp leading you to the sugar white sands. You will find the locally owned food trucks in Mexico Beach for those Killer Fish Tacos, snow cones or milkshakes.

We had a wonderful time at your home. It was lovely, clean, and comfortable. We sat outside each evening to watch the sunset over the water. Most of our time was spent on the beach. It was almost like staying beachfront with all the views. Short walk to the beach.

Beautiful place!!!

We loved our stay. We loved our morning coffee on the top balcony and beach access 50' from the house. The House was very spacious, clean, and beautiful. We will definitely be back! Thanks

Location, location, location !

Great spot for easy access to the beach. We loved the porch swing and sun deck. The house had lots of extras : bikes, floaties, beach wagons. Minor hiccups on check-in, but resolved quickly.

Best Location

We loved our stay here. The location is perfect in reference to stores and restaurants. We loved being right across from the beach with no houses blocking our view. The rooms were spacious and the house is decorated beautifully. It feels like a home. We plan on staying here everytime we go to Mexico Beach which is at least twice a year! The host was very easy to get in touch with and answered any questions right away.
