Good rental in great location

Easy to get to and close to so much. Lots close by that only takes a few minutes to walk to, but even more if you're ok walking a bit. Beach access is right next to ramada hotel, and was a great bar behind the ramada with great views. Glad this rental was top floor as you can tell floors are horrible and people downstairs prob always have a bad experinece. If you have kids or are heavy footed, you should make efforts to be more aware of people below. Rental was clean, showers good and kitchen had everything you need for a basic rental.

Great place to stay

The property was great. Clean and everything we could possibly need was there. The kitchen was well stocked with lots of dishes, utensils and cookware. Refrigerator worked great as well as the icemaker. I cannot think of one thing that would have been needed that wasn’t there. Of course you may want to bring extra paper towels (only one was provided) and trash bags (no extra provided). A small starter pack of dish detergent and dishwasher tabs were provided along with a sponge and 2 dish towels. Toilet paper depending on how many people you have. We were provided with 3 rolls in each bathroom. Games were provided as well as a ton of dvd movies. Netflix was available if you subscribe, you could stream shows. It would be helpful if guests would sign out of their account before they leave. Made it a little difficult for us to use. The directions on how to use the two remotes wasn’t very clear but someone a little smarter than me may have been able to figure it out. The guide on the tv never displayed programming. Just kept saying “to be announced”. I asked in advance if a blow dryer was provided and I was told no but there was one in each bathroom. Nice, clean pool. Just walk across the street to the beach. I would definitely stay here again. Close to several restaurants, some within walking distance. Very quiet.

Great stay and location.

Check in process was easy. Great communication all throughout our stay. We loved the space and loved the location! Would recommend and stay again if the opportunity arises.

Fantastic Property

Great condo

This was our 2nd stay here, and enjoyed it again. We found the spacious condo clean, comfortable and with all the amenities you need for a great vacay! The beach access is close, and the pool is nice with plenty of seating if you want a break from the sand. We plan to come back again!

Loved it!

This was a wonderful vacation spot. Nice and clean, and spacious. Easy access with all the important amenities. Kill Devil Hills is a really neat place to explore. This property is just a short walk to a wonderful beach and close to all kinds of stores and restaurants. I would highly recommend it.

Short Stay in Outer Banks

The condo fairly spacious and very clean. The mattress in master bedroom was not the most comfortable and one chair in living area probably needs replacement. The view from the deck was the Ramada Inn and it's parking lot not great.

Poor customer service

Condo was clean and close to beach. However no beach towels, poor mattresses and a keypad lock that kept malfunctioning- wasting hours of our vacation being locked out and waiting on unresponsive Vacasa staff made me leave only 2 stars.

Nice condo in great location

This condo was a good fit for our group of 4 family members. The location directly across from beach access was perfect. There are also a few restaurants in walking distance, which was nice. We enjoyed the pool each day after returning from the beach. The condo itself was as advertised; the beds were comfortable, the unit was spacious, and the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, utensils, etc. The only reason I am not giving this unit 5 stars is because the supplies left for us were not quite sufficient (only 1 washcloth for a group of 4 people, barely enough paper towels and toilet paper, no kitchen towels, and no trash bags at all), so we ended up buying supplies while there. The dishwasher was also full of dirty dishes when we checked in. All in all, we liked the rental unit, thought the location was ideal, and would return.

I loved the room, the size of each bedroom & bath were great. Plenty of room in kitchen and sitting area huge deck. Refrigerator & ice machine took 24 hours plus to catch up. Only tv in living room worked. Loved the room just not the services that didn’t work

Awesome location

Very clean and roomie!! Close to the beach and beach was not crowded!! Loved the stay!! Great location for many different thing. Close to Bodie light house and wild horse tour!

Great location

Well kept, clean and spacious condo. The complex is small and quiet and also well kept. We enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants, pizza, ice cream and more. Close to beach access. While it was a well-stocked condo and the furniture was comfortable, the mattresses could be better. Even so, we would stay again!

Great place to stay

This condo was very nice and cozy. Great location with beach access across the street. Very clean and had all the amenities, kitchen well equipped. Nicely decorated with comfy furniture. Big outdoor deck to relax and people watch.

Great location

We had an amazing time staying at this condo. Location to the beach was a huge factor in our selection but we were definitely not disappointed with the accommodations. We thought the pool wouldn’t be open since it was past Labor Day but to our surprise it was still open and maintained, it made for a great late afternoon of floating until the sun went down. I would have booked for the same week next year but our 2 Yorkies aren’t able to come with us and we don’t want another year of boarding them while we’re away. We enjoyed our time here and highly recommend staying. I also recommend American Pie just a short walk from the condo for one of the best pizza’s I’ve had in a while.

Convenient Location

First time in the Outer Banks on a mother and daughter trip. This condo was conveniently located in the middle of the islands, across the street from the beach. Walking distance to a few restaurants, a bicycle rental, and the beach. Very easy to find, nice parking, and very clean accommodation. I loved sitting on the outside deck. It was much bigger than I imagined.

Great place and location

This was a super clean and comfortable space. Nice parking and convenient to lots of great restraunts and activities. I was blessed with great weather too! Highly recommend.
