Venture out and explore the nearby Point Pleasant Jenkinson's Boardwalk, just a 20-minute drive away, for a day of family fun and entertainment. Back at the condo, relax on the balcony or unwind on the beach loungers, soaking up the sun and the sound of the waves.

With two bathrooms, towels, basic soaps, and a hair dryer, you'll have all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The air conditioning and heating ensure your comfort no matter the season, and we provided linens, bathing & beach towels and iron and board add to the convenience. 2 Season badges are available, (Savings $30 a day).

Tenants agree to abide by the Borough's local laws and ordinances regarding noise/disturbing the peace, trash, recycling and underage drinking.

Smoking in the home will be a $500 fine. Beach Badges lost are $100 each. These will be claimed from the damage protection.

Tenants agree to maintain the rental in good order and to surrender it in the same condition as received and as reasonable wear and tear.
