Welcome to Unit #1403. There is so much to love here. This is a second floor unit that offers 2 Bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Located just a short 4 minute walk to the private beach access.
This unit is located across from the pool, BBQ area and the playground you don't travel far no matter what amenity you decide to enjoy. Vaulted ceilings and private balcony.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare a meal.
Living room has plenty of seating
Large private bedroom has king sized bed, private bathroom and closet space.

This complex is not your typical high rise. This is a quaint quiet sprawling community with private roads for biking and walking just across the street from the beach. Walk to many restaurants. Play tennis, swim in the pool. Pool is heated during sometimes of the year decided on by the HOA.
