A wrap-around screened porch off of the kitchen and breakfast area has a built-in gas grill, and separate dining and seating areas with custom-designed rustic furniture - perfect for drinks, dinner or just reading a book. The main floor of the house also features a mudroom, powder room and a charming queen bedroom with en suite bathroom.

The second floor features a queen master bedroom suite including a walk-in closet, large bath with soaking tub, and a screened sleeping porch which puts you up in the trees. The sleeping porch has a queen bed. There is also a loft area with plush seating, widescreen smart tv and a desk, for your work from home needs. The house has excellent Wifi and 500 Mbps internet service.

The lower level features a large family room space with a very comfortable queen sleeper sofa, gas fireplace (not available for guest use) and an entertainment system with a large movie screen and projector that can be run from a laptop, and surround sound system with Bluetooth capabilities. There is also a welcoming queen bedroom and a bathroom with sauna, perfect for after a long hike or a day on the slopes, as well as a gym area and laundry room.

Beautiful in every season, this getaway property features private walking trails through the forest and down to the Ausable River, two cascading brooks, perennial and vegetable gardens, and a picturesque barn (for owner's use only).
