Welcome to your Maui Retreat: Immerse yourself in relaxation at Maui Sunset A404 Hawaiian retreat! This little slice of heaven is the perfect spot for your next trip to Maui. With all the comforts of home and easy access to beach, pool and resort amenities as well as a short drive to the many beaches, activities and attractions that South Maui has to offer.
Managed by Maui Paradise Properties, a locally owned and operated, fully licensed real estate brokerage specializing in vacation rentals.

Complimentary Activities, Every Day of Your Stay

Every reservation with Maui Paradise Properties includes one free ticket per activity, each day to some of our favorite Maui experiences—plus unbeatable savings on other local favorites! This exclusive benefit is offered in partnership with Xplorie. Complimentary activities may include: Maui Ocean Center admission including the Humpbacks of Hawaiʻi 3D Sphere Experience, Whale Watch (seasonal), Molokini Snorkel Trip, Sunset Dinner Cruise, Farm Tours and more!
Limit one free ticket per activity per day, per reservation. Additional tickets available for purchase. Activities offered may vary by home or condo. Activity offer available for stays up to 35 nights.

Maui Sunset is a beautiful beachfront resort located in the sunny town of South Kihei. Maui Sunset offers endless amenities for you to take advantage of! Fronting the resort is the Waipualani Beach Reserve, where you can enjoy walks on the beach, swimming, snorkeling, and more. Just south of the property is a salt water lagoon, fun for small children to enjoy. This convenient location is close to restaurants, shops, grocery stores, beaches, and more!

This one bedroom unit was perfect for 2 people. Very clean, nicely decorated and furnished. Nice view. We have stayed at Maui Sunset before. Great location, right on the beach for walking, good restaurants nearby.

Maui Sunset

We have stayed at a number of properties around the globe and this is at the top & great little gem. Location is awesome right on the strip with great beach and a very family friendly property. Lots of very friendly people on site (why wouldn’t you be happy while on Maui) Will definitely return to this place

Great location and beautiful condo with comfortable bed and furniture. Balcony, view and property are very nice. Water pressure and temperature in showers were disappointing. The induction stove top was challenging to use.
