The best location in town, this updated Victorian duplex is just 3 mins walk to the Courthouse Square and Whiskey Row. Fabulous restaurants, bars & cafe's within a stones' throw. Park your car and enjoy all that Prescott offers on your doorstep. If your dates aren't available, try checking our adjacent unit in the same house. Same amenities, same great location: https://www.vrbo.com/2726718
No children or pets allowed. The City of Prescott allows a maximum stay of 29 days in short term rentals like ours. If you are interested in staying longer you would have to do separate bookings.

This is the second year we have stayed at this property. The location is very convenient to all the activities in downtown. The house is very comfortable and clean. The kitchen is outfitted with all needed for a short stay. The hosts are friendly and helpful. We highly recommend the property.

My husband and I stayed 2 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, cute and comfortable. The location was perfect as we like to walk to the downtown eateries and bars when we come to Prescott. We will definitely stay here next time if it is available.

Beautiful historic home

The home was so charming, beautiful neighborhood just a few minutes walk to the downtown square. The hosts were quick to respond when we needed help with our check in. Would absolutely stay again.

We are an international retired couple living right here in beautiful Prescott, minutes away. We moved to Prescott 4 years ago from Michigan and enjoy our 4 sons, 3 labradoodles, and a great community of friends in this beautiful historic town. We love to fly and drive to many of the great destinations nearby. The year round comfortable weather without extreme temperatures is an added benefit as well.

Take a easy stroll to all the great restaurants and shopping destinations minutes away. Each side of this duplex has all the essentials to be comfortable and connected while staying with us in a quiet neighborhood.
