The Space:
** CONSTRUCTION NOISE NEARBY 8:30A-6P. PRICE LOWERED TO REFLECT THIS INCONVENIENCE. The tennis court has also been temporarily closed.

The main bedroom has a plush king bed and a large ensuite bath and closet. The second bedroom has two matrimonial beds, closet, desk, and a bathroom that can be accessed from the bedroom or from the living space. The kitchen is equipped with all cooking tools, a gas cooktop, and large refrigerator and freezer. Laundry machines are enclosed in a closet off of the kitchen. The living space opens up to the covered patio, on which there is a small raised private dipping pool.

Anyone who has spent time on the beaches in Puerto Vallarta and been constantly asked to buy things will appreciate this peaceful environment. It is on a sheltered, private beach with plush day beds available for lounging. The beach club offers towel service, lounge chairs & umbrellas, multiple pools, no extra cost. There is a golf cart service that will pick you up at your building and take you directly to the beach club. The restaurant and bars are open everyday from 8am-9pm. The luxurious Caracol Spa offers a total of more than 30 different therapies.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to all pools, restaurants, beach club, and more! At the Concierge Center the kayaks, paddleboards, and tennis courts (temporarily closed) are available by reservation and may have an extra fee. You can register your name, room number, and payment method if you would like to charge any restaurant or bar bills to your room. You can even schedule a massage to your condo, or schedule a private chef to cook for you and your family. Due to property restrictions, the gym is not available for use.

The Neighborhood:
Quiya is located in the heart of the Riviera Nayarit, within the beautiful fishing port, La Cruz de Huanacaxtle, providing the perfect environment to have a beautifully relaxing vacation. Just 3 km from the Riviera Nayarit Marina and 23 km from Puerto Vallarta International Airport (30 minutes), close to cities and coastal towns and world-class golf courses.

La Cruz is walkable by the beach, where you can find plenty of restaurants, a Sunday market, live music in the evnings, and fresh fish at the Marina. The on-site bars and restaurant at Quiya may close or stop service around 9pm, but this could always change for seasons, holidays, staff, etc. So make sure you ask the staff during your stay.

Getting Around:
La Cruz is an easy walk on the beach! The famous seafood market is only a 5 minute walk down the beach. Bucerias is also a 30 minute walk away if you follow the beach at low tide, or it is a 5 minute drive down the road.

Other Things to Note:
-- This property is strictly no pets and no smoking.
-- The whirlpool on the patio is a minipool with a hydro massage system (it is NOT a jacuzzi with hot water).
-- We are not associated to the hotel. Daily housekeeping service is NOT included, but additional cleanings can be requested for a small fee.
