The Space:

Welcome to our beautiful 3-bedroom villa within the B Nayar beach residential community. The beach club is only 850 meters away (0.5 miles)! With 24/7 gated security, you'll feel safe and relaxed throughout your stay. There are 3 cozy, air-conditioned bedrooms with blackout curtains: One is conveniently located on the ground floor, while the other two are reached via a flight of stairs.



The refreshing private rooftop pool with a grill is perfect for sunset barbecues. Stay connected with high-speed WiFi. Prepare gourmet meals in the fully-equipped kitchen. The villa has a smart lock for hassle-free check-in, and 2 private parking spaces for your convenience.



As a guest of this villa, you'll have access* to the B Nayar Beach Club and all of its facilities. 🧴 Towels are not included for complimentary access. Towel rental available for $30 MXN.

⏰ Hours:

Beach access from 7:00 a.m.

Kitchen open from 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Beach club closes at 7:00 p.m.

🏖 Amenities: pools, lounge chairs, tables, chairs, and sports courts (paddle, basketball, pickleball, and tennis), subject to availability. More information is available at the beach club reception.
