This luxury home is for rent year-round. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Private pool.
Large and private grounds.
Optional: 2021 Explorer ST (7-passenger) or 2023 Escape Hybrid (5-passenger) for rent. We can leave the car at the airport for you to pickup, same with drop-off. Additional houses at La Puntilla available.
Shared bathroom downstairs (shower), shared bathroom upstairs (shower), master bath is ensuite with shower and tub. Downstairs, King Bed. Upstairs, Bedroom Queen, Upstairs Master King. sofabed in office, twin size
Largest La Puntilla property and private. Your own Pool. Gated and guarded beachfront development of 19 homes. Nice beachfront.
Quiet neighborhood as it's half-mile off the highway. Walk via the beach to the new Faro Grill to the east. Walk to the La Cruz marina and the Sunday Market via the beach to the west. Many restaurants in the La Cruz, Bucerias and Punta Mita area.
Cook available - ask owner for list of suggested menus and prices. Breakfast and/or Dinner available. OK to book in advance of your stay.
Housekeeper included one-time weekly + before/after your stay. Bilingual property manager. Pool cleaning included, three times weekly. Gardeners included one-time weekly. No extra charges for propane or electricity, or services.
TV in each bedroom and living room - all US and Canadian TV stations (and more countries), unlimited free movies and music.
Selection of Books and Games for children and adults.

My husband and I are from Portland, Oregon, we built our home at La Puntilla in La Cruz nearly 30 years ago. This particular rental house is located right next door to our private residence, making it especially well cared for and thoughtfully maintained.
