You will LOVE our 2 Bedroom, 1.5 Bath Townhouse! We remodeled EVERYTHING in the unit from top to bottom including new kitchen, new bathrooms, new carpet, new tile floors, & new appliances. The unit is 916 square feet, & we have AC units in each bedroom & the living room, which more than adequately cools the place. We have a full kitchen (incl coffee maker, dishwasher, stove/oven, fridge), washer/dryer, dining room area, cable TV (Smart TV), King Bed in Master, Wifi, & Sleeper Sofa.

This property is equipped with a privacy-safe noise and smoking monitor in common areas. It measures decibel levels and detects cigarette/vape smoke but does not record or transmit audio, conversations, video, or any personal data.

Very clean, simple place to stay within proximity to all area attractions. Host was easy to communicate with and was kind enough to let us check in early. We did not cook there as we only had coffee so we can’t speak to the kitchen. Beds were comfy and condo had everything we needed.

Location description and reviews is not accurate- property is not in a great neighborhood. Within just a few blocks the homes and apts quickly change and we were surprised that this property was not in a great area. This property is in an apt complex that is low-rent and not well kept. Communications with owner, cleanliness, everything else was as described, but definitely not the location.

This is a great place to stay, every room is clean, towels are nice and good sizes. Kitchen appliances and utensils are good. Bed was very comfortable. Plan to book this again.

Amazing little town house

Perfect for a little weekend trip! Very clean property and had good amount of parking if you have two cars with you. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place for a getaway!

Spring break trip with my son! Easy to find, well set up, great amenities. The beds were awesome! We traveled many places in the area and this was a great location to get to quickly.

We had a comfortable stay at this house in Colorado Springs. There were a couple of minor maintenance issues, but they were addressed by the owner on the same day that I notified him of them. Very responsive communications with the owner.

A family visit

Our stay was great, all the way around. Clean, cozy, nice amenities, great location and super nice host. We even had permission to have a sleepover with our grandchildren. We hope to stay there again!

Check in was super easy. This place is located in a small subdivision that feels quaint and private but is only a few minutes from all sorts of shopping and dining. Highly recommend.
