Great place to stay!

I stayed here with 3 other family members and it was perfect for us. The hosts were extremely responsive and accommodating. The kitchen was well stocked and the location was convenient for all of our hiking plans. The house was very clean and we felt safe in the neighborhood. I would highly recommend anyone stay here.

We had a fantastic stay! This space was perfect for us and our two adult kids to hang out, rest, play games, etc. The neighborhood is very nice, and the views of Cheyenne Mountain are breathtaking. There are plenty of restaurants and stores within just a short drive. Best of all, the hosts, Kat and Will, are incredibly friendly, gracious and helpful. We were blessed by our experience at their lovely home!

This property was perfect for my friends and I (3 ladies in our 60's). Beautiful house in a beautiful neighborhood. The hosts weren't in town during our visit, but made sure we had everything we needed and had someone on standby if something came up that we needed taken care of. The patio was so inviting and we spent a lot of time outside taking in the beautiful scenery.

Location to many activities and attractions couldn’t be better. Communicating with owners was best I’ve had at any stay and their unit was exactly what my family and I needed. Beautiful area!

Great stay!

We had a great stay with Kat and Will! The place was super clean and cozy! They were very accommodating and friendly, even had s’mores for my little boys to make! We would stay here again if we ever get back to visit the Springs!

Week Long Trip in Colorado Springs

Friends Getaway Weekend

2 other friends and I stayed for a long weekend while participating in a local race event. The hosts and hospitality were exceptional. Not only were the facilities exactly what we needed (separate bedrooms along with common area amenities), the hosts made sure we had the resources to ensure a great stay (as an example - laundry help and use of the hose to wash our muddy shoes!). The hosts were always available to help with any questions. Would definitely recommend and stay again the next time we’re in the area.

Colorado Springs Rental

We had a great stay at Will & Kat’s, the property was clean and had gorgeous views. Kat provided s’mores for my kids and they are such a nice couple. We enjoyed visiting with Will. We highly recommend this property.

Easily a 10/10

I am grateful to have found this booking. The host Will and Kat were so friendly and accommodating. They made us feel welcomed and checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed and were comfortable. The neighborhood is nice & quiet and the view from the backyard is beautiful! There was plenty of room for our family of 5 to move around inside & out (3 adults 2 teens). If we ever come back to Colorado, we will book here again! I recommend booking here for the best views and experience.

This was our first time with an Air BnB. Vrbo made it easy, the location...the hosts (super friendly)....and the overall stay was exceptional! Sooo comfortable and like home. I enjoyed the wildlife. I highly recommend this stay....this will be our selection when we return.

Beautiful Place and Location

Loved our stay in Colorado Springs and the 3 BR place with an amazing view. Kat/Will were great hosts with attention to detail( coffee/water/smores) . The view was amazing from the backyard with a mule deer siting daily. Will definitely come back.

Just perfect

We had a wonderful stay here! Clean, plenty of room, stocked with everything we could possibly need. The owners were friendly and communicative. They even let us check in early and had the whole place ready for us when we arrived. Great location with gorgeous views. Felt like home away from home! We will definitely be back.

LOVELY STAY

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed this wonderful property. It is very spacious and its location is perfect. We used it as a base to enjoy the Colorado Springs area and found there was everything we needed: cooler, backpack, Brita water, snacks, umbrellas, coffee, etc. We are planning a return. Thank you Kat and Will for a wonderful stay!

Kat is a native to Colorado Springs and a real estate agent. Will is a military brat traveling between Colorado,Texas and Germany while his father was in the Air Force. Will is an occupational therapist and is currently doing home health. We have lived in CS 30 years ago and raised our family, now as empty nesters, we are offering the lower half of our house for families to enjoy the outdoors and what Colorado Springs has to offer.

Locked off in private spacious three bedrooms. 1 adjustable king bed and 2 queen size beds. Large living room with large couch. The couch has four recliners built in to relax. New TV with surround sound to enjoy movies, music, etc.Large backyard to enjoy barbecuing and outdoor time..
