The living area offers comfy seating and a large smart TV, while the full kitchen is stocked with essentials and coffee for your mornings. The spacious yard provides a bit of outdoor space (not fully fenced), and there’s plenty of parking for multiple vehicles—great for families arriving separately or crews bringing trucks. Laundry facilities are shared but complimentary. You’ll also find shelves of books throughout the home; if you start one and don’t finish before checkout, take it with you and pass it along to a lending library someday. We (Geoff and Kat) own several short term rentals in this area. Our full time job is real estate either rehabbing, tending to our rentals, finding new ones or networking with other investors. If you need something you will find yourself at the top of our list.
We are both military brats and enjoy traveling and meeting new people. We enjoy strategy games, the outdoors, hiking and camping.
One or both of us have been a bee keeper, teacher, handymen, software developer, EOD officer, painter, tutor, investor, hard-money lender and more.
We live just 10 minutes away so are able to handle your requests / issues quickly if you have any.
