カウアイ島へようこそ。 2015年8月5日にキッチン＆バスルームの改装が完了しました。 私たちはカウアイ島の南岸（ポイプ地区）に位置しています。 カウアイ島はハワイで最も美しい島と呼ばれています。 カウアイ島は熱帯の緑と素晴らしいビーチで知られています。 カウアイ島は庭園島と呼ばれています。

Beautiful and Relaxing

Perfect place to stay, the owners were great! This place has everything you need for your stay, fully stocked kitchen, umbrellas, beach chairs, towels, mini ice chest, easy access to the beach! We would definitely recommend staying here!

Great location and awesome accommodations

Jean and Sue have an amazing place in the best location. We could walk to beaches, restaurants and markets and drive anywhere on the beautiful island of Kauai. The place is full of all the best details and niceties I wouldn't even think of. From coolers to beach chairs to a great stocked kitchen with spices and a nice coffee pot to a really comfy king size bed, they have a wonderful spot and we plan to return!

Wonderful Condo and Location

The condo was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The brochures and info we received ahead of time from owner were very helpful. Snorkeling and swimming steps away from condo were fantastic and the opportunity to go zip lining nearby by with the Kauai Adventure Co. was also a great experience. There are many great restaurants to chose from in the area however we really enjoyed Keoki's Paradise.

Truly Paradise

We had a wonderful stay here. Jean and Sue were so easy to work with. The condo was beautifully decorated and recently updated. It was cleaned and ready for us when we arrived. It provided all we needed for a wonderful, relaxing stay. Both Jean, the owner, and Matt, the property manager, were accessible if needed. This was our 4th stay at the Prince Kuhio complex. We love its location - great beaches, restaurants and shopping are only about 5 minutes away. There is even a small beach and great restaurant directly across the street! You can’t beat the sunset views from here! We look forward to returning here soon.

Convenient Clean Beautiful Surrounds Minutes to Beach

It is a one bedroom condo in the very large Prince Kuhio Condominiums building. Building has extensive beautiful gardens and very nice large pool. Living room and back veranda view the ocean and the Prince Kuhio Park. Not luxurious but perfect for us. Good communication w owner. We just wanted a relatively inexpensive (by Hawaii beach close standards) place to sleep and relax and walk to relatives staying nearby so plenty good enough for us. Clean, safe, comfortable for us. Beach better for viewing than swimming, but other swimming beaches within walking distance.

Very comfortable, except for the traffic on Lawai Rd.

Very comfortable and clean! Property little dated, walls are thin and very hard not to listen in on conversations. Traffic in Koloa town is getting heavy and also parking in certain areas are limited for space. Still beautiful island as long as we take care and respect ! Mahalo

Perfect Vacation Condo

Excellent experience, the condo had everything one could want to use for cooking and comfort! Very well thought out unit as it is small but didn’t feel small. We enjoyed our time there and will return in the future!

First thing would absolutely stay here again. First floor amazing view, well stock extras. Comfortable king bed, large shower with great water pressure. Great A/C for those that might need it. Jean provided detailed check in emails. Grounds and pool are very, nice beaches within walking distance. Overall very clean and well kept.

Well-equipped, but no AC

This was a wonderful place to stay on the south shore: area is nice and very convenient, kitchen is fully equipped, living space is comfortable. Note that there is no AC, which can make it warm at night after warm days, and not all the ceiling/tower fans work. You can get a cross breeze by opening slats in the windows and the screen door to the lanai, but since this is on the first floor, you lose some privacy because of the walkway by the parking lot.

Megan - The no A/C issue will be resolved by mid Sept 2021. We have been trying to get approval to install A/C from our Assoc Board and we were just granted approval. In the interim all ceiling fans are working and we have replaced the one tower fan that was not working. After the Sept 21 installation of A/C - we will post on our VRBO page that we have A/C.

Well equipped and comfortable

This was a great property to stay at in a good location, and it was very well equipped with kitchen, bathroom, and beach supplies. The only issue I had was that there is no air conditioning, which isn't much of a problem at night but if you are spending any time in the condo during the day it gets pretty hot. Also this is on the 1st floor, so opening windows feels like a bit of an invasion of privacy (especially out front) because you can hear everything going on outside and presumably you can also be heard or seen which made us a bit uncomfortable. However, the condo was great! There are plenty of stores nearby if you need anything, the back lanai is beautiful, as well as the upgraded kitchen and bathroom. Another plus is the abundance of spices in the kitchen! We loved the spice cabinet! If you plan on doing any cooking here, don't worry about a lack of seasoning or cooking supplies, it will likely have all that you need.

In response to Paige's reference to us not having Air Conditioning. Air Conditioning. has been approved by our Condo facility. We will have our Conditioning installed Sept 13 2021.

Kauai vacation

Peaceful and comfortable. Nice kitchen and bath. The shower is great. Deck was used quite a bit for cooked in meals. Neighboring occupants of condos were quiet and considerate. The owners went out of their way to make things as easy on us as possible.

A slice of south shore heaven on Kauai

Perfectly located right across the street from one of the best snorkeling beaches. Lovely evening breezes off the beach view kept us cool and comfortable. Everything we needed for a fantastic vacation.
