It was incredibly small, the mattresses and blankets were dirty, the apartment was poorly maintained and smelled of stale smoke. The people upstairs were also partying until early morning.

The property is true to listing great location seconds from the beach 3-5 minutes from board walk, very clean cozy apartment beds were very comfortable, and Mary was great. I will be booking again in the future

Great Location

Perfect location for our family. Close to the beach and close enough to walk to the pier with young kids, but far enough away from the crowded pier area. Mary was very accommodating to anything we needed, and always a quick response. If we have the opportunity we would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful week. Property is clean and location was great! Patio was prefect for our family to cook-out and socialize, as we had rented 3 of the units on the property. Communication from owners very responsive.

Amazing!

Everything as described in the listing! We had a great time and its literally steps from the beach!! Right on the main strip, we were able to walk to the pier every day!

Fantastic place-great beach!

My parents, niece, and I stayed in this great place for a last long weekend of summer. It was on the second floor, and only a half dozen or so stairs, which was great for my parents. The place was clean and in great condition. We loved the full sized table and fridge, it was very convenient. The beach was literally steps away. We’ve been coming to the Old Orchard Beach area for over 40 years now, staying in many locations from Camp Ellis to Grand Beach. This by far was the closest we’ve been from door to beach chair. It was very convenient to go back for lunch or rinse off with the outdoor spigots. The beach itself was very spacious even at high tide, which you don’t always find in that 7 mile stretch of beach. We would definitely recommend staying here, and hope yo come back sometime in the future. Mary was very communicative and very helpful. We loved the guaranteed parking spot and the keyless entry. Great stay!!

Last minute booking

I rented this unit last minute. I was nervous not seeing it before hand. It’s the cutest place. I walked in and fell in love with it. I felt comfortable and it was very clean. Any questions I had Mary answered them in a timely manner. I am a actually going to rent the bigger unit next year.

Great beach access!

Our goal was to get close to the beach. We were able to book just a couple of weeks before arriving. Very accommodating hosts. Great spot in OOB. Coming from camping and hiking we appreciated the laundry facilities and loved the patio area. Perfect beach get away.

My husband and I love to travel and now we love taking our little son and daughter for adventures as well. We are both very clean, healthy, love to prepare most of our own meals on vacation, enjoy both relaxation and trying new things.

We have enjoyed vacationing in Old Orchard Beach for over 12 years and now we are thrilled to have a home of our own. Some of our favorite things include: morning runs/walks while the local shops are just opening up, walking to the pier for pizza or to ride the amusement rides, getting ice cream at Fielder’s Choice and fudge at the candy shop, and of course, sitting in the sand, splashing in the waves, and enjoying the amazing view.

We love welcoming guests and are excited to think of the memories they will build at this beautiful beach.
