Find an abundance of alpine comfort at this Main Street Station condo, where you can kick back in front of the gas fireplace as the snow falls gently outside. There's so much to enjoy when you stay here, from the views of Breckenridge below to the outdoor pool, multiple hot tubs, and fitness center on the grounds.

After a fun-filled day of adventure, you'll be able to set your gear directly into your private washer/dryer so it's all ready the next time you go out. Families and groups of friends alike can relax easy in this pleasant space, whether you're watching movies or cooking together in the well-equipped kitchen.

Main Street Station is a wonderful blend of luxury and location, with the base of Peak 9 mere steps from your front door and Main Street at your back. The Quicksilver Super 6 Lift is right across Maggie Pond, offering easy connections to the 187 trails, 33 other lifts, and 2,908 skiable acres of terrain at Breckenridge Ski Resort. If you wander northward up the street, you'll quickly reach the heart of historic Main Street with its excellent restaurants, apres-ski spots, brewpubs, and boutiques to explore.

Come summertime, you can tee off at the Breckenridge Golf Club (five miles north), take rides on the Alpine Slide and the Goldrunner Coaster at the resort, stroll along the Riverwalk that traces the Blue River, and hike and fish to your heart's content. The Frisco Bay Marina on the shores of Lake Dillon is less than 10 miles north as well, providing a great spot to kayak, stand-up paddleboard, or take out a sailboat.

There is no air conditioning.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Laundry - Washer/Dryer are available as a shared amenity for the building.

Please note that parking at Main Street Station includes a 15/night May 1 - Oct 31 or 25/night Nov 1 - April 30. This fee helps maintain parking availability and the quality of our facilities for all guests.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 2.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Location, location, location

The location is wonderful for shops and restaurants - we had a great time walking along the river and through downtown. The views are beautiful and the sound of the river was peaceful. However, it was drowned out a few mornings by 3:45am delivery/trash trucks. This may be something to consider if you are a light sleeper or prefer to sleep with the windows open during the warmer months (as there is no a/c). The pool was closed but the hot tubs were open. It was a bit of a walk to get to them (a couple of buildings away), but we enjoyed relaxing in the tubs and utilizing the workout facility. The condo itself was nicely equipped, with newer appliances and plenty of table/counter space. The two twin mattresses were uncomfortable and the couch was a bit lumpy in places. The king size bed was great, the bathrooms were clean and we appreciated having laundry in our unit. The Wi-Fi was fast and the kitchen was pretty well-stocked. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Candid and honest review from an Vacation STR owner.

Owning a vacation rental is not just a one and done deal. Buy it, furnish it once and be done. It constantly needs to be maintained and have things "refreshed.' This place is a KILLER location. THis place also needs new silverware, new knives, new cookware, general basic spices, (salt and pepper is all they had and they were empty) perhaps plastic wrap, tin foil, plastic baggies to store food in that you can eat later, etc etc. The beds in this place are TERRIBLE. Twin beds are extremely hard, the king bed is crushed so badly you can feel the steel springs inside it, the couch is not comfortable for kicking back and stretching out, the wood frame of the master bedroom door is coming apart, the carpet is old and needs replacing, the dining table has a raw wood screws sticking out of it that could easily slice you open if you rubbed against it. General maintenance. If its the owners responsibility, they aren't doing it, if its the managements, they are also NOT doing it. I will say, all in all its a great location, and the rate I paid was a very good value. I wonder if I got a great deal because of all of the above.

I wouldn’t recommend this property

We had several issues with our room - with the primary issue being lack of consistent hot water. We called the front desk twice. We had to run the shower for up to 45 minutes in order to get lukewarm water. It was very wasteful to use that much water, but we had no other option. The only response that we received from the front desk was that they would have someone check. No updates were sent to us. There were minor issues - the volume doesn’t work consistently on the tv - even after changing the batteries, the overhead light in the master bedroom doesn’t work. The blinds in the bedroom with the two twin beds were broke when we arrived - we ended up fixing them so they would close. This property definitely needs some attention.

Good location

The condo has a good location and great views. Nice size balcony. Awesome pool. Unit has a good layout. Cons are very old carpeting throughout, uncomfortable twin beds, and street noise at night & early morning.

Perfect stay

This place was perfect for our needs. A cozy 2-bedroom but at no point did we feel like we were on top of each other (there were 5 of us). Condi comes with some nice extras since as box fans (as the there is no AC just like the listing says), a pack and play and a Wii with games. Would stay here again.

Perfect location in Breckenridge!

This was a great spot for our weekend trip - we were able to park in the garage and leave our car the entire time since everything was walkable or accessed easily by the free local transportation. Large space with plenty of room for us and our teenage niece who was thrilled to have her own full bathroom. Kitchen was well equipped with pots/pans etc. Pool and hot tubs were open and have a great view of the mountains.

Door was unlocked and open when we first came to room. Tv volume in living room would not go below 86. Too loud for us and neighbors so we couldn’t watch in that room. Elevators were crazy slow. Stained shower curtain in second bathroom. Stained mattress pad in main bedroom when we stripped sheets. Patio door was hard to close. Squeaky metal beds in second bedroom. No laundry detergent. The best thing was location, although it was super loud outside at night and early in the morning with all of the trash and deliver trucks and people coming from bars.

Great location

The location of this condo is fabulous. There are stairs two doors down that lead you right out to the square. All the restaurants and shops on Main St. are within walking distance too. The condo is big and spacious. It also is right next to a peaceful stream, we slept with the windows open listening to the water. The cons are that the carpet is in need of cleaning or replaced. Several of the rugs and couch pillows are in rough shape and could be replaced. We couldn’t get the TV in the living room to work properly. We also had to go to the market to purchase laundry soap, coffee, and toilet paper because they only give you enough for 1 day even though we stayed 4. Overall, the pros out weigh the cons!

Great Location! Cozy!

So nice to be by all the shops and restaurants and an easy walk to ski. Parked our car and walked everywhere. Place is cozy and has everything you need to cook and relax in between hitting the slopes.

Beats a hotel any day

Very warm, clean, and cozy condo with updated appliances right in the main artery of Breckenridge. I booked a week during the off season and was very pleased with my stay. Booked it for work and had access to a full kitchen with utensils, the parking garage is very short so anyone with working trucks with a rack will not be able to park in there. The parking is co located with public parking. Other than that it was a hassle free stay and I paid half of what a hotel would charge every night. I did NOT use any amenities(pool, hottub, gym) but they looked rather nice.

Great stay, amazing location!

This place was perfect for the three of us. Two BR and two big bathrooms with HUGE bathtubs. Two very nice grills at the pool, so we bought steaks and had a great meal in. And if you like burgers, fries and shakes, this place is a two minute walk to Empire Burger which is fabulous. Close to everything really. We loved this place.

Great location

We had a wonderful stay in this cute condo. The location is amazing and just a short walk to shopping, restaurants and activities. Master bedroom was very comfortable and we appreciated that the kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Pool, hot tubs and the steam room were nice amenities that we enjoyed as well during our stay. Finally, the stream that runs right next to the condo building provided a great spot for my son who lives to fly fish to catch a few trout! Overall a wonderful stay!
