Recent upgrades (2024) to this charming home include a newly remodeled kitchen with new luxury vinyl plank flooring, bathrooms, and ground floor, new ceiling fans in the bedrooms, new bathroom mirrors, new decor throughout, new great room chair cushions, six new deck chairs, an umbrella, a stand, and a small table, and the backyard has been cleared out completely.

The spacious deck is the perfect spot for a crab feast or a shrimp fest with friends, with ample tables and chairs to help you relax. There's also a shady area under the house where you can escape the summer heat and grill your nightly feast. There are bedrooms on both levels, which is a great setup for two families. Free WiFi and an outdoor shower are provided for your convenience as well.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
