Cozy, recently renovated and newly furnished, fully stocked home on Snowmobile & ATV Trail system. Located in Downtown Berlin with the beautiful Androscoggin River & minutes from Downtown Gorham. Drive your machines right from the front yard to both Mount Success and Jericho State Park connected to the Northwoods Ride the Wilds trail system. Loon, Attitash, Wild Cat Mountain, Bretton Woods and King Pine ski resorts all within 30 miles. Many hiking and mountain bike trails nearby. 30 minutes to Mount Washington, Santa’s Village and Story Land. 60 minutes to Franconia Notch, Echo Lake, Flume Gorge, Boise Rock and The Basin. Bowling alley and ice skating rink right in town. Come take advantage of everything the Northern White Mountains region has to offer in this centrally located home!

Convenient, quiet location

Our trip to visit family in the area turned into daily trips to the local hospital to visit a loved one with an acute illness. The property is only a 5 min drive from the local hospital. We appreciated the clean, quiet house to come back to for rest. We had a question about the air conditioning which the owner promptly answered.

We came up for a weekend trip to do some 4wheeling with the ATV’s. The property was great. We rode to the trails right from the house. The neighborhood was very quiet and neighbors were friendly. We had no issues. The owner chris is quick to respond if you have a question or issue. Would definitely recommend this property.

Great location for ATV enthusiasts!

Great location if you're an ATV owner - the location is about .5 miles from the success trail. House is spotlessly clean and has MORE than everything you need to stay comfortably.

Quiet neighbor hood and convenient location

We had a great stay at this rental. Everything was clean and fresh and you can tell the owners have done lots of updates. The neighborhood was quiet and you have great views of the mountains out the back windows!

Cute Place, Great Location

This place was really cute. We were 4 adults and 2 kids staying and we fit comfortably. The house is well supplied for anything you may have forgot. Chris made the check in and out process very easy. We really enjoyed our night here and will be looking into it again for future rents!

Cozy House in Quiet Neighborhood

Very clean, cozy and comfortable property not far from the White Mountains. In a quiet working class neighborhood easily accessible to all of the mountain areas. Kitchen was well stocked, and manager was very professional.

Great stay at a great place

A perfect location close to downtown Berlin for our trip to hike in the While Mountain National Forest. The house was everything as expected. Impeccably clean with new furnishings. Owners were very helpful and responsive with communication. Will definitely return for our next trip to the area.
